Food and atmosphere is good. But service could be improved. Value for money nonetheless.
Great churros! Super friendly service. Had the beef bowl which was pretty tasty
Pretty good birria tacos. You can order either two or three tacos (16/22 SGD respectively + 10% service charge). I ordered two and it was enough for me. The consommé cup was pretty small but it was more than sufficient for dipping the tacos, and it wasn’t seasoned for being drunk on its own. I came at 11:10am (book via Quandoo to get 100 Quandoo loyalty points!) and there was only one other table occupied. The server was really nice. He wasn’t very attentive (for example, not checking whether glasses may need to be refilled), but if you get his attention, then he is very quick to graciously respond to meet your dining needs. Pretty cosy place and clean. I had a little difficulty finding the place for some reason but just remember that it’s beside the Tiong Bahru bakery (which is so in-your-face, it’s unmissable) and you’ll find it.
Nearly missed the restaurant. It’s beside the Tiong Bahru Bakery. Loved the platter, the wings as well as my Choco Mexicano. Thank you. Will definitely return to taste other dishes on the menu. :)
