Working with the produces fresh and seasonal from the farm, our kitchen showcases the many different ways of preparation and create taste that reflects a variety of possibilities, making the whole ‘Omakase’ experience different, local and interactive.

Collaborating with a collective of passionate artisans and independent suppliers; with the freedom of changing the menu, our kitchen will constantly pursue experimental dishes that will surprise.

We begin with the introduction of the menu, the directions to savour a myriad of flavours to its best potential, and gradually evolved into sharing insights of dietary habits and development of the food scenes.

Tuesday & Thursday, one seating at 1930hrs
Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, two seatings at 1830hrs and 2030hrs
