Waiters were not proactive n alert to requests whilst dining. They were constantly chatting n not serving customers at all. Was really bad !! Food was salty n mediocre .🤮

The waitress seems to be a bit rude and irritated when we ask some questions. Portion of the lunch seems to be very small portion. Ambience is ok.

Have not been here for about a year. Refreshed menu no longer has the cocktails I love, and they changed the recipe for the burnt cheesecake - it was still good, but we prefered the previous melt-in-your mouth version. We ordered 6 dishes including oysters, ribeye steak, XO carrot cake, mala karage, pork belly and satay set for 2 persons and the portions were just nice, so we were able to finish up all the food and 3 drinks each in about 2.5 hours. XO carrot cake was a bit too salty due to the XO sauce, pork belly lacked the crispyness we love. Live band is always a nice touch, this time playing favourites from the late 90s to 00s. Total cost $233.20.

Taste-wise not bad. Price is pretty resonable for the quality.

At the table next to us was a group of diners with their children - about 7 kids and they were allowed to run around the restaurant to play catch etc. though the tables were mostly empty other than my family and another patron, they were allowed to shout and run around tables and chairs and making loud screams etc. It was a very unpleasant atmosphere. Maybe the staff could have approach this group and remind them to keep their children at the table.

Generally satisfied with experience, appreciate the wait staff being very clear when explaining promos, what is included and what is not. Well done! Food could be better, everything seemed mashed together -- ravioli stuck together, potato salad taste-wise no distinct flavour, hokkien mee also sticky. More definition among ingredients would be nice. My guest enjoyed the fusion aspect of the dishes eg. cheesy hokkien mee though.

No smiling face from the male crew that served us. This is first time we been to tipsy. He shown inpatient impression when we asking some question about the promotion offer in menu. We know it's Friday evening and business is very good for Tipsy and all crew are busy. Smile smile smile!!!

There are room for improvement for the lunch menu. Nasi lemak burger, the chicken was too tough and dry.

It's relatively quiet during lunch periods, but the service staff are either insufficient in terms of manpower, or just somehow busy with other stuff because it was hard to get their attention (on the rare occasions we could find a service staff to begin with). food is Asian/Western fusion, and great quality. my only gripe would be the service levels, they can and must improve, otherwise the prices don't justify the service charge at all.

The service staff tend to be a little busy or preoccupied, and it takes awhile to get their attention. overall the food is good, and noise and atmosphere is okay before the live band starts, haven't been there until the life band starts before.

Music is too loud n noisy. More fan to cool the place.

Honestly quite disappointed that the bar has ran out of common drinks like soju, house wine bottles and draft beer quite early in the night.

Lunch is better than dinner. Menu variety for dinner not a lot of mains to choose from IMO. Choices for lunch aren’t available for dinner. Fried rice super oily. Butcher Board disappointing. Fried carrot cake not much kueh also. Waitress said during my payment, if we feedback earlier, they could have done something for us. Environment not bad though. So…. My conclusion is, Lunch time can come. Definitely not dinner.

The food was ok but would have loved it if the happy hour was all night long on a Friday night. The band performing that night was definitely NOT what I had hoped for when I made my reservation to come by after a long day at work ...

The restaurant is heavily short handed. when we went around 3pm, there was only 1 waitress that help filling up beers, take orders, cashier and handling all the etc stuff… we waited quite a while for foods ordering, waiting for our beers and so on

I ordered Beef cube rice. Beef cubes portion is good. The rice doesn't taste as good. No coffee.... machine spoiled... but machine was spoiled the last time i visited a month ago too... maybe it is more of an alcohol place, not a coffee place. We went next door for coffee. Then started thinking why didn't we go there in the first place :D. I think for lunch, must have coffee/tea option.
