We love the food especially the special dessert called Snow White in the blackforest recommended by the staff. Overall service is excellent. Last night dinner was a relaxing n 'fresh' one because we were surrounded by mother nature.

Really fantastic experience: surrounded by an inspiring environment in the middle of the Botanic Garden, we enjoyed top-class food made from super-fresh ingredients. We will come back!

We had a wonderful dinning experience at Halia last week. The food and service was impeccable. I would go there again to try out other dishes on the menu.

Its a good romantic place for special occasion. Food's pretty good - fusion types of meal though menu a little short of choices. Nonetheless ideal place for romance.

An excellent oasis in the gardens with a spectacular view of the greenery. Coupled with professional yet friendly service and scrumptious yet affordable fare, it is truly a destination to be noted.

Food and ambience was excellent! Service staff was also extremely helpful, making our evening at Halia at the Singapore Botanic Gardens a really pleasant and memorable one!!

Amazing atmosphere. Some of the food was excellent, some so so. The service was extremly good, just have no idea why the waiter that welcomed us asked us for our names when later he never showed up again and had apparently forgotten them when we left. The place needs some new cuttlery and glasses.

The service was excellent friendly and nice. The atmosphere was romantic, the foods are nice and we had a birthday celebration which the staffs helped to sing birthday song. Just need to be aware of if having dinner at outdoor, there are some mosquito. Other than this all were good enough.

Nice atmosphere, price is reasonable. The service is good, but a little bit slow.

Nice ambience. Not too crowded. Within walking distance from carpark. Food was good, had their set lunch which is to too pricey. would recommend to friends for the location.

Good service, fantastic food and drink accompanied by a great band in a beautiful setting. Good value for money. Can't wait to go back again.

Lovely food and wine. Many taste combinations we had not tried before. The desserts were great. The surroundings are beautiful. The staff are very attentive. A++++++

Good ambience. Food is well done especially the beef, with its great "smoky taste. Lamb was nicely grilled and well-flavoured though price of $55 leans to the high side. Chilli crab spaghetti is competent and tasty but am not completely bowled over. Perhaps expectation of this dish has been set too high when staff said this is a "must try" dish. Service is good accompanied by great smiles. One young staff spilled our very expensive wine as she tried to pour out the last glass from the decanter but she apologised profusely and explained that this is the first time she is serving wine - it is alright, they need to be given chances to gain the experience they need. So, nett - an enjoyable dinner though prices is a bit steep.

Great ambience great food! No regrets having lunch at this restaurant. Will definitely be back for more in future. Highly recommended for others to have a great meal!

Excellent location and ambiance. Loved the outdoor seating in the garden. Good food and nice service from friendly waiters. Had 3 cheese pillows (S$14) for starter and Kampong Chicken with Asian Spices (S$28) for maincourse. Girlfriend had Halia Chilli Crab Spaghetti (S$26). Both the dishes, we would recommend highly. Halia infusion, as a drink was nice to go along with the food. The Textures of chocolate dessert (S$12) was ok, but not as great as the other dishes.

Great ambience, try the chilli crab spaghetti, I went with my girlfriend and we had a hard time splitting two dishes. Come with friends it makes sharing easier and more enjoyable. It's a good place for friends!

Chef probably wasn't in great condition that day. food was mediocre and not worth the value on just that particular day. Ambience and service was superb though.

Will keep coming back here for the lamb rack. Chill atmosphere in the al fresco area which is great for hanging with friends

Great ambience, good service. Food is good but portions are pretty modest. Recommended for a quiet date or nature lovers who want to dine in the midst of lush greenery. Parking is also very conveniently located nearby.

Very good and friendly staffs, who provided quality services. The food is very good and the portion is just nice. The outdoor dining ambience is great as the restaurant is located within the ginger garden. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was awesome. The food was very delicious and very nicely garnished. The staff were attentive as well !
