Great food. Good service. Nice ambience. Have been there many times. Good prawns in garlic butter and spicy sauce. great fish n chips. Spam fries too. Will continue to go.

The staff are friendly and the food is good. Overall, the experience is good! Main drawback is that the place may rather get noisy when crowded.

Great food but average service. We tried the all works sauce medium spiciness. Not to our liking but the ingredients were fresh and generous. No menu, bibs were offered to us but i’m sure if we asked, it will be brought to us.

First time in Singapore and was looking for a good seafood restaurant. Was not disappointed! Very professional and polite staff and fantastic food! It's a little ways off but is totally worth it!

The lunch menu looks much comprehensive now. Apart from Boiler's famed seafood bags, their lunch menu also has a selection of reasonably priced 'regular' food. Their Signature Fish and Chips was deep fried to a perfect crisp served with a generous portion of Cajun fries. The Boiler’s Ultimate Burger has a thick beef patty with lettuce, tomato, onion rings and topped with an onion ring and house made bacon jam and the sauce has that that nice smoky sweet BBQ taste.

Great food, service and ambience was good. Carpark nearby too.

We ordered the bomb-diggity bag with The Works sauce and and received a free Boston lobster as it was my dad's birthday month. My favourite was (surprisingly) the fried chicken and waffles, but overall all the food was great! However, service leaves quite a bit to be desired. Some of the staff are welcoming and friendly, but they don't seem to be very attentive so it takes a while to get their attention sometimes. Place is also not very quiet, so might not be great for a quiet sit down dinner, but would be nice for a group celebration with a lively atmosphere.

There were 15 of us. We had a great time. Food was very good and the service was impeccable. It's a very good experience for all of us. We will not hesitate to go back again.

Loved the fish and chips the first time I went, but the 2nd time I went.. the same dish felt a bit different. the fish meat seemed to be less firm and it was a bit charred. still, i am going to give it one more chance!

Return visit. The food is good and service is excellence. only if it could open a little longer.

Waitresses were already expecting us and stood at the door to welcome us. Good food and dessert. Service was good, going around tables to refill the bottomless ice lemon tea ordered. Will patronise again!

Fourth time here and this place still fascinates me 😊 I'm glad they still have the free lobster birthday deal so my friends and I really had a good time celebrating one of their birthday. Food is awesome as usual. Will be back!

We got a table at the extension area, which was quiet and cosy. The staff was helpful and attended to our request rather quickly though it was away from the main dining area. The restaurant was also thoughtful to provide plastic covers for phone, bibs or whatever you call that haha, and gloves. Overall good experience!

Food is great, happy hour promotion is really attractive. Good place to hang out after work. It will be better without the 1.5 hour time limit

Went back again for the duo boiler bag! Still as good since a year ago! And the spam fries is good too.

Attentive service, food was good as usual. Friends commented on the nice vibe and atmosphere. Crowd was manageable on a weekday evening. Recommend for good fish & chips and seafood in general.

Waiters are unresponsive - didn’t respond until the table guests are all waving at them while they are ‘busy’ looking over the main door...

Go for 'The Work's. Garlic Butter wasn't as flavourful compared to 'The Works'. Service staff could be more attentive as we were not acknowledged for sometime when we entered the restaurant, they did not explain the birthday promotion clearly and cake spoons were not clean. Service level could be improved. Birthday promotion was worth it as they provided 1 free lobster.

Ordered the duo bag. Food is still as good from a year ago! Will be back again! Service time may be abit slow though probably due to dinner time.

The food was not as expected as what i saw from the advertisement. Everything was bitter and no recommendation from staff as to sauce. My experience was horrible

Excellent and cosy place to be. The seafood are fresh and love the garlic butter sauce. However there's a 90 mins dinning time limited which was quite a disappointed

Worth to try out at the restaurant. Nice place for Gatherings Have happy hours for beers if you are beer lovers. Staffs Have good customer service

The seafoods are tasty and fresh but I found the restaurant too cramp.

Place was kinda hard to locate. However, the environment is good to dine in with friends. With the freshness of food, the price is totally worth it. Staff service was acceptable.

We have a great time @ The Boiler. It is centrally located and there are lots of parking spaces around the area. We have a wonderful evening!

We are running late and the staff manage to keep the table for us. Service is good. Good is awesome. Location wise is abit difficult to find. Having hard time to get a cab out from the place.

Service was good. Food was great, fresh seafood, tasty sauces. Fast service as well. Only let down, I had requested for a candle on the dessert as it was my friend’s birthday. But the dessert came without it.

Good , fresh ingredients and tasty. Restaurant atmosphere is chill and laid back, good to come with friends. However prices are slightly steep compared to the portion.
