Seafood was fresh! Although sauce was a little salty but still good! The female service staff to attend to us was really friendly and nice!
Bought my family for dinner, the food was good and service was extraordinary. Must try...lobster with garlic butter, fish and chips and seafood bag for 2 (spicy level -mild). Will sure to visit again.
Service was excellent, food was good just that sauce for seafood wasn't really warm when it came.
Great experience and had awesome time spend. Food was great with the garlic butter choice.
Good food. Disposable plastic phone covers so you can text with crabby fingers. Aprons to contain the mess. All good! But I'd suggest using tastier corn on the cob though 😃
2nd time dining here week after week. Same great experience. Service standard was consistent. Great job, keep it up!
Thought they serve crabs for lunch, was disappointed upon arriving and told no crabs. Did not know that we have to call one day in advance to have crabs at The Boiler.
The Boiler gave me and my significant other a refreshing experience while dining in the most unusual yet unique way, without utensils. What's a plus point would be that it's away from the busy city and it's located in the most unique location, within industrial area. Overall, very good experience.
Great ambience and great seafood. Service was better the second time I visited. The first time I went was lunch time, and service was abit slow.
Great staff and great ambient. Food was served fast and it was good. Wife and kids enjoyed the dinner. However area not accessible to public transport.
I had the fish and chips, baby back ribs, and chicken and waffles! Fish was crisp, light, and definitely not over fried as some I've had. Ribs' sauce was really good and not too cloyingly sweet - finger licking good! It was my first time having chicken and waffles and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. It was a little small but it's a starter so it's expected! I had the lava cake for dessert, and it was baked and had just the right balance of sweetness. The service here is really excellent, and I'm definitely coming back for the dinner menu (Cajun prawns and buttered lobsters, please!)!
Great food, reasonable price and good staff. Must visit if you love seafood!
Very friendly local lady server. Good food. Good location. Thunbs up
Good Food and very good service ! Location can be hard to find. Excellent for groups of friends to dine ! Really happy to be there ! Waiting for more promotion.
I went with my partner and ordered the bag for 2 @$59, which consisted of about 8-10 prawns, mussels, clams, 2 half corn on the corn, 1 bratwurst cut up into 5 pieces and 2 Fried Buns aka Mantou. Portion was sufficient as we added on the Bacon Shrimp, Coleslaw and Butter Rice. We chose the Mild flavor gravy and it was just nice as we did not want the spiciness to over power the seafood. The Bacon Shrimp was a let down for $8.90. It is literally Shrimp wrapped in Bacon drizzled in BBQ sauce, something anyone could whip up in a some kitchen. The Butter Rice could use a Sprig of parsley or some garnish. The coleslaw was the worst. KFC does it better. Overall, the ambience is nice but the sides and add-ons were a let down... I expected more effort for the price paid.
The food was fantastic, the service rendered by the staffs were superb even though the restaurant was packed to the brim. Will definitely come again.
The food was extremly tasty and well worth it, the service was a little hit and miss as after being sitted at the table we then waited for about 10 minutes before we had to call a waiteress over to order a drink. We would of ordered our main meal then as well but she disappeared and then we had to go through tbheh process of trying to get the attention of someone to order our food. Would happily go back again as the food was amazing.
There was a promotion when we dined there so value wise, it was not bad. The quality of the lobster was not as top-notch as what I had elsewhere though, being slightly mushy. Overall still an above average experience.
Food wise is great but service is not as great. There are many waiters and waitresses around who are not mindful of customer seeking assistance. The seating was more conducive last year, current one is cramped. We may not go back again.
Third time and twice in a week! This is how awesome this place is 😊 Had a sharing platter as well. Loved the wings, fries and onion rings.
food is nice. it is considered an quiet environment although it was full house yesterday. A bit pricey but overall is a nice experience for 1st timer
Second time here and the food still amazes us! Very fresh and very generous portion. Perfect for birthday celebration (because there'll be free lobster) and gathering (because of the great ambience). Definitely will visit again!
Quite busy place; we got there Sat late afternoon and the place was pretty much packed by 5:30pm. Solid food, helpful and friendly staff. It isn't cheap but good value for the quality/quantity. Looking forward to trying their lunch menu shortly.
First time at Boiler and I'm impressed with the food and service was good. We loved the ambience as well and will recommend friends to this restaurant!
lunch time for fish and chips. love their super dog. lagi filling, big portion. comes with very delicious fries and huge sausage. will come again.
nice place to bring your cuatomers for lunch, that what I always do. I love their super dog and fish and chips. the chef sometimes will make special dishes.
my favourite place for lunch and seafood dinner. they even have a place for wine next door. ask the boss for some recommendations when you visit.
The Boiler never fails to serve up excellent food. The ideal place to bring your friends, family, colleagues and customers! Their seafood bag is a must try.
All floor staff did wonderful on a full house Friday night.
