Lovely experience and great comfort food. Will definitely visit again.

I googled for Thai Restaurant but it is far from thai. Went to the restaurant for lunch, not much crowd and the service is slow. Quite disappointing in my opinion.

Will go again for casual, convenient, free parking, fuss free lunch. I would say food is not as good as it used to be anymore.

We ordered the cereal chicken, spinach, prawn omelette & pig trotter with buns (ie. huge portion) ... love all of them!The coffee in pot tasted just nice for 2 pax👍👍👍

Friendly staff and yummilicious food! Pity that it is closing soon due to exorbitant rentals! Fans of restaurant ought to band together and pressure the landlord from raising the rentals!

Ambience is nice. Food is delicious unfortunately the boss has decided to retire soon. Do visit them before Nov-2018, otherwise it may be closed for good. I'll be visiting it again before they closed.

Standard dropped alot since my last visit long ago. Butter Sotong from damn good became soso. Other food order were ok. (Stir fried french beans, cereal chicken, spinach, olive rice, salt fish fried rice, etc)

We had awesome food and great variety! Service is decent and we really liked the butter squid. First time trying out the pork trotters, and it did not disappoint

Food is good but getting a bit too oily. They are very under staff now but the remaining staff are still very polite, so I will be back!

Good food and conducive place for fellowship. Enjoyed the ambiance. Service is also good. The staff though few are quite efficient. Highly recommended for good food and fellowship

Familiar family restaurant that we used to frequent. The dishes were all very flavourful but slightly salty. Buttersquid and olive rice were absolutely delicious and fragrant

Very nice experience. Got daily discount event on the public holiday. The cereal chicken and butter squid are the best. We also order fried french bean, which unexpectedly nice.

Average food, not as good as last time. The waitress tried her best to serve everyone promptly and nicely even though she was the only one.

Food is good. Service is friendly, just a little slow towards the end when the crowd in restaurant gets bigger. Overall great experience! Will definitely return!

Great food at affordable prices. Not easy to find as its within Mandarin Garden and no signage at the carpark. Would help new patrons if there are.

A good place to dine, which is affordable and a pleasant environment. High recommended for family get together and meals. Service is satisfactory and parking no issue.

The food was fabulous...this is my 3rd visits and the food always never fail me. My family love them too... we will definitely come back

2nd visit to ThaiPan Restaurant. Understand restaurant will be busy on occasions like today (Mother's Day), but the following left a poor experience: 1. Staff was very rushy, sound impatient and rude when we were ordering our dishes. Snatched menu from us and cleared plates in a rush. 2. We had to wait for 1 hour plus for the food. We ordered drinks but it isn't served. We had to go to the drinks counter and reorder our drinks and yet half of the drinks still didn't come. Will not return.

Due to mother's day, the restaurant is packed so we have to wait longer for our food to be served. We ordered a few of their specialties (I.e. Jing Du Pork Chop, Cereal Chicken, Stir-Fried French Beans and Yam Basket with Seafood) and they are really good.

Good food, especially butter squids. Slightly expensive now because of GST and Service Charge which wasn't present before, but the service is indeed noticeably better than before.

Staff is friendly and the food is yummy :) Came here for a birthday celebration and they kindly provided paper plates and forks! Do note that this is located inside a condo.

Always love the food from Thaipan. Their fried rice, salted egg squid, Jing du pork are a must try! I'd recommend this place for family!

very near my home so it has always been my favorite quick dinner venue. Food and price is reasonably good. Can get very crowded sometimes so better to book in advance.

Good food and really affordable. The medium portion of Thai pineApple rice and medium of Mee Goreng is really small though. Their signature squid is good!

Jing Du pork is a favourite among our family, Cereal Chicken is nice too. Didn't have to wait long for our dishes. Easy parking within condo premise.

Seems a busy restaurant. The food that we ordered seems good except the Assam fish head, too much curry powder, not to our expectation, taste awful!

My family and I had a great time there, the food came quite fast after we ordered. However, the portion size has shrank since the very first time we went there.

Never a disappointing experience here. Service is always quick. Food comes out within minutes of ordering. Butter squid is still as amazing as always.

Food quality was below expectation. Fish maw soup tasted fishy and starchy. Butter squid was oily and texture was too watery. Service is generally acceptable.

Generally food was good, except for the spring chicken which was over fried. Service could be better, we had to repeatedly signal for servers. I'd recommend the butter squid!

food is overall quite good, love the butter prawns and yam dish! crispy/fried duck dish was disappointing though, nothing like what you expect. it's just a dry fried meat

My first visit. Fairly crowded on Saturday night. The host was very friendly & apologetic for the long wait on the food (as one of the chef was on MC). Food was flavorful & good portion. A very good overall experience.
