Service was really bad. Ordered through the QR code and waited for our Paella for an hour after checking 3x with the staff. Best part was the Paella came warm, we could even hold the pan with our barehands. Requested 3x for table water and server just slammed the cups on the table. Last spoke to Peggy and her attitude was so much better than the other guy who was running the floor. Even we werent charged for our food (eggplant and squid) Rejected the Paella and didnt want any other replacement. We rather pay for the food and better service then to spoil our dinner and not having our stomach filled. We will not visit this branch.

You cannot go wrong with Tapas. Enjoyed the food and ambience.

We went for 1-1 papella. Not nice 👍 . Worst experience, when the bill came, we were charged plain water , the waitress was nice enough to waive off. However, I jus saw the bill and realised that we were charged $36 for the seafood Pallepa( menu showed $35). I m flabbergasted on how the staff manipulated the bill. This is terrible and it happened in spore ????

First time, love the food over there, fresh and delicious! Ambience was good except that some ladies sitting 2 table next were really noisy.. but service is fine, can’t wait to go back again with hopefully a lower noise level by then.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff is friendly, food was fresh and delicious, and they have 1:1 draft beer during Happy Hour (5-7 pm I think). We had the vegetarian paella which is packed with flavors despite being meatless. Maybe the price is just a little steep for the portion size.

Absolutely terrible experience that just ruined my day. Been to Tapas Club at Orchard central - the food there was much better. Came to VivoCity branch pre-covid, it was not great, but decided to try again given the better OC experience - bad decision. 1. Croquettes was not hot enough and tasted like it has been pre-cooked and left in the kitchen for a while before service - It must be the worst croquettes that I have ever been served in a Spanish tapas restaurants. Took 3 times to get to a reasonable standard (still not great, just barely acceptable). My 7 year old was the one who highlighted that the croquettes were cold when she ate it. 2. Service staff was not apologetic and just insist that if I’m not happy, she can do a refund of the dish. Well i guess I can afford not having a refund and enjoy better food and service at another restaurant. There was another incident while we were paying that I was not happy about, but I will just focus on the food and service in this review which is bad enough. While it is expected that service standards will decline post covid - but this is absolutely the worst experience I have had at a restaurant post covid. Never rated a restaurant below 4 before in Quandoo or anywhere else, so this is an exceptional restaurant. Not coming back to this restaurant ever again, to save them the efforts on providing me a refund given the quality of their food, so that they can focus on delivering better food and service to other guests.

Recommendation was good. Shared many small dishes to our filling. Water was charged though.

Decent tapas at its price and decent portion. Will recommend.

the paella was somewhat not within expectations, it was a little to wet to my liking. beef steak was very good.
