Tried Supply & Demand and went for the Puttanesca with shrimps. A solid choice if you enjoy bold, savoury flavours. The tomato base was rich and well-balanced, with a nice depth from the garlic, olives, anchovies, and capers. It had that signature briny, umami punch you’d expect from a good puttanesca, with a slight kick from the chilli that wasn’t too overpowering. The shrimps were fresh and added a nice sweetness that complemented the saltier elements of the dish. Topped with shaved parmesan and parsley, it all came together nicely without feeling too heavy. Portion size was reasonable and satisfying. Overall, a well-executed pasta with strong flavours. Great if you’re into something savoury with a bit of a punch.

Made the lunch reservation weeks ago which it's easy to use despite made a change prior to the actual day. Even received Whatsapp reminder yesterday. Foods served were good. But, the waitress didnt upsell eg starter, dessert or even beverages!

The service was very prompt and the food that we ordered was delicious! The Burrata was creamy, the vegetables were very fresh and the sauce that goes with it was very tasty. The Hawaiian Pizza was great too. Lastly the Tiramisu was simply divine. I would visit again😍

I've dined at Supply & Demand several times. Yesterday's dining experience was good. Staff were friendly and prompt. Food came rather fast and nice. The oyster was quite a disappointment though. We believe it's frozen chilled as it's on the tough side.
