You have a very good staff as host of the restaurant, if I have a restaurant, she would be someone I want to hire. Food was great. This is my first visit and based on food alone, this is a place I will give good review and I would like to come back to. The only thing bad about this place is you do not care about keeping your customers, the boss took away your opportunity to interact with your guest. There is totally no human touch, scan menu Customers are being pushed to be their own restaurant staff in taking their own orders, collect payment. Maybe it helps you save on employing another staff to take order and collect payment, at the same time you subject yourself to losing your customers to someone else who might also have good food and yet also have staff who can help them keep their customers.

Pet friendly sheltered outdoor seating with fans to keep guests cool. Good variety of quality dim sum. Especially like the siew mai with juicy prawn and fried carrot cake. The staff are friendly. We will be back to try other items on the menu!

The terrible has become from bad to worse. All the dimsum are not fresh, the harkow skin is not soft and has a fridge smell. Even Kimly dimsum taste better than Sum Dim Sum now.

Food was good but I don't understand why they have duck on the menu but never available in the restaurant. I mean if it is no longer available then just remove it from the menu.

The pandan char sues bun is very nice. But the rest of the food is only so so.

Wonderful dim sum for lunch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Don't miss the fried carrot cake with crispy shallots, scallions and chili toppings.

Always enjoyed their dim sum and we have been here a few times. Liked the xiao long bao, carrot cake and the pandan polo bun. Tried some of the dishes like salted egg pork ribs and spinach with trio eggs which were well executed too.

Overall ok. Some hits and some misses. The porridge was clumpy, and kong ba pau tasted off. The pan fried carrot cake was good, and so was the char siew buns. i felt the food quality had dropped since my last visit there 2 years ago

Had to wait for a table despite confirming my reservation. Food was good but slow and one order was overlooked.

Good was good as usual..a MUST try deep fry yam & pan fried carrot cake.. friendly & helpful service staff & more importantly.. very clean place & good sanitation..I’m a regular & Xin Dian Xin never failed me… and reasonable price.

Been here many times already. Love the food specially the Fragrant Bee Hoon! ❤️❤️ The dim sums are always satisfying! The crispy rice roll, pandan bbq bun soooo good! And the chrysanthenum tea, waaah so soothing and fresh. Usually have to wait long during weekends.

Food generally taste great, especially the panda crispy charsiew pau! Ambience was good, the best of the lot of dim sum places there. Service on 2nd floor by Miki was extremely good too, will definitely be patronising again!

Nothing really good to say about this place. Am surprised at the long queue outside. Food was average. Place was noisy. Service was slow. Even payment had to be done online, which required you to provide email address. Avoid.
