Love the food and music! Staff were friendly, atmosphere and food had a very homely feel :)

Food was decent and dimsum was packed with fillings. However one dimsum changed recipe but did not update the picture hence looked really different from menu with missing ingredients, luckily the staff was ok with us refunding the item. Suggest to update menu. Quite packed and noisy if you go during lunch hour, have to wait even if have reservation

Nice place and great food. Food come all in piping hot, freshly made. Service staff are very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place definitely except that if you have a person on wheelchair, you may have to call them in advance so they can arrange and prepare a corner for you.

We went there because of the National Day promotion. Full marks for value for money. Food was ok as usual. We were seated upstairs so not much service; self ordered via app. A little cold upstairs; maybe not that many people at that moment.

My experience here last time wasn’t good because of the poor service. Food was ok. I decided to give them another chance to see if their service has improved. This time round, the service was ok. Food was ok too.

Food was generally good, seating was comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the fried yam dumpling and curry noodles! Not the most authentic dim sum but overall a good place to get a quick dim sum fix. Would consider coming back for their Tze char dishes in future.

Service staff is excellent but the food is average. User interface for the App to order food could be improved as its not as user friendly and took a while to find the dishes under the different categories and not all items have pictures.

They were definitely understaffed or operations was so badly organised. We waited 2 hours for our food. When we asked to cancel they said give us 10 mins and we waited even longer.

Food was good but their operation processes really need to be improved. We waited half an hour for our food. At 20 minutes point, we asked the waiter, answered was preparing. 10 minutes later (30 minutes point), answer was steaming. While waiting, I was observing and couldn’t help noticing that that they made mistakes at almost every single table. They keep saying sorry to everybody. Just before I went to make payment, one waiter came to ask me if they owe us anything by any chance. They know it themselves that their service was really poor.

Food was yummy. Fried rice, carrot cake, chili dumplings and chee cheong fan were all great. Egg tarts were a miss though. Service was great and fast. Rowdy crowd but that’s not on the restaurant.

Everything was nice!!! I love Xiao Long Bao. Soup inside was so good. I love also blue Har gow...I really got a big bite of shrimp inside my mouth. Will definitely be there again.

Surprisingly, the crowd was not as bad, so instead of taking our usual table on level 2, we dined on level 1. However, the pace of serving the food was a bit too fast, with almost everything being served at once, which meant we had to eat quickly to prevent the food from getting cold. Overall, though, the experience was good.
