Nice and friendly staff. Food was great. Great add-on value for wagyu and iberico sets. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended. It's quite understaff especially during peak hour

Overall experience is up to the standard we expected. I will like to thank the staff for providing a great dinner for us . I also hope that the staff will be able perform well next time we dine in sukiya

Service was fuss-free, but would be good if service staff could inform us of the location of the amenities (ie. drinks machine). Very good quality meats, which came promptly when ordered.

One for one lunch buffet with ocbc credit card was pretty worth it. I would recommend eating the meat rather than other ingredients. . .

Dined there using ocbc card 1-for-1 deal and is super worth it. For usual price, lunch buffet selection might be underwhelming. Soup bases were not bad.

Good food. Recommended to go when they have promotions. It is very worth it. However, please take note that their OCBC bank 1 for 1 promotion has terms and conditions that are not stated - you only have 1 hour to eat.

Overall had a pleasant meal in suki-ya tampines. Despite having the crowd, staff tried their best in providing good service to all customers. Thank you.

Food is not bad but very limited choices, sukiyaki soup base is good. Went on a weekday evening and allowed to stay more than 80min!

The environment is comfortable as the staff has segregated customers evenly and not too crowded. Staff service is not bad. Food wise good and if more choices of ingredients added will be plus mark. Will consider to go back.

Coke zero was FLAT and cold green tea was very diluted (tasted more like water), but overall a good experience. Beef shabu-shabu meat was lean but pork and chicken meat could be leaner (according to customer preference). Have more variety of food, vegetables and fruits available.

Not much food selection...some of the seats worn out. Food spread abit different from other branches but overall still acceptable in terms for gathering .

Was a little disappointed with the spread. A lot of the items were replaced with varieties of noodles - which I can't take a lot. Most service staff were friendly but a few need to buck up a little.

The timing of 80 mins was rather short, took almost 10 mins for the pot to boil before we could cook anything. Services of the staff were great.

Sukiya was not crowded so we got served quickly. Other than that, nothing much since it was a "buffet" kinda thing. Food was good as always.

The food variety is little but the broth selection and the taste is rich. Even my baby loves it. However, you might have to bring more water for your child as there is a lot of msg added and will be very thirsty. They do not have a water dispenser there, when I try to get it from the kitchen the bowl they gave me has a layer of oil in it. My spouse had to go to Watsons to buy water for our baby. Felt lack of staff at times, so you might have to order all the meat you want at the start of the order first so you do not face the problem of finding staff later on during your meal. I have reserved a place via quandoo so we got a place pretty fast, otherwise you might not have a seat at all if you came as a walk in at 8.30am. (the staff wanted to turn me away before I said I have a reservation)

My first time dining in sukiya. We get to select 4 soup base as we had 7 people. The kimchi, sukiya was the top2 choices for us. After you order the meats, they were quickly delivered. However, empty plates were not collected unless prompting for a server. Overall, not that bad for a buffet steamboat.

Steamboat broth is delicious and nice atmosphere in Tampines mall! I recommend friends and family to come and enjoy the meal! Service is prompt! Choice of food for steamboat is limited.

Food is nice but needs to refill more frequently. Dining time a bit limited. It would be great if you could provide sample on the hot pot base.

The variety of food was miserable. The few items available also ran out of various items quickly even though we were there at the start of the dinner service from 530-7pm

More choices of food will be good. Drink were rather diluted. They will very nice to let us in before the booking time. Improve on the choice of food to make your price good

One particular waitress was quite unfriendly. Buffet spread is the best I have seen compared to the other outlets of Suki-ya in Singapore. Food was great.
