Dined at the Tampines Mall outlet, was given a seat near the entrance. Unfortunately, the aircon was not strong enough which means some sweating halfway through the meal. Nonetheless, it was very accessible to the self-help ingredients table. The broth (Butaniku and Kimuchi) were light on the palette and with their distinct taste, you can switch between both to add some variety to your meal. Ended off with a less than ideal payment experience where another customer and I waited at the cashier with no staff manning it. There was no bell to ring for service. During payment, I asked the Filipino male staff if the membership is based on points accrual or direct discount (has been some time since I last used my membership) but received a kurt reply. Overall, the meal was value for money at $18.90++ especially if you choose to enjoy their tie-up promotions with Safra and the selected banks.

The food so so. Not much variety of it. So paying for the normal price find it not so worth it compare to eating normal hotpot probably better

The food is very limited. They plates, bowl, cups are dirty and old. Plus they don't immediately give you tongs and ladle unless you request. Not coming back there again.

Limited variety of food choice, gravy is also average. Pricing wise considerably average. Location is convenient. Staff service average. There are still room for improvement.

The price is just the same with other Buffet restaurants but Sukiya does not have free free-flow drinks, no desserts, no ready to eat cut fruits and time limit of only 80mins. Find it also difficult to get special sauces at the buffet counter because of the setup.

The service from the staff are prompt when requested for refill of soup and order of meat. They are friendly too and also the outlet is clean.

The visit to Suki-ya Tampines was good - as usual. Please keep up with the good work and launch more promotions, especially the buy 1 free 1 promo!

Poor service and the poor buffet variety. The staff is not bothered to refill the soup automatically and the table setting in the beginning was not complete with spoons.

It was my first time at the restaurant so I was a bit confused about the menu at first. However, the server was nice and explained it to me.
