Suki-Ya - Bukit Panjang Plaza

First time visiting sukiya - have a pleasant eating experience. Awesome service by the manager! Food taste fresh; soup base also not bad. And we didn't smell stinky after eating.

went on a saturday dinner. topped up for the wagyu set however there were alot of people and the dessert and cake were also short. waiting time for the premium meats to get served to us was long, about 10minutes excluding reminders to the waiters but thankful for the team for not chasing us out despite their 80 minutes dining rule, probably because the queue wasn't long anymore. Ice for the drinks ran out as well. Will definitely come back again but at a non-peak period like a weekday lunch

Great experience, food was great, service was good. Stayed a while more to finish up and they allowed it at no extra charge. Would return again.

Food and deserts selections are not very much. Hope restaurant can increase more selections on food, like seafood. For soup based, I tried TONYU MISO and BUTANIKU, but not so tasty. Overall, I feel that the steamboat is not worth the price.

Very good environment, but food so so only. No seafood, meat limited. A lot of sauce for you to choose. Service quite fast, waiter and waitress are friendly. Overall good.

We were there at 11+ and the store is not crowded. Environment is cosy and nice. The food is so so cos not much choices

While standing outside the restaurant, we were not entertained by the staff. We had to approach them inside the restaurant to make our presence known to them.

It was fine, server was rude asked us to wait outside. Over all was okay , the meat was delicious and the spread was fine

Wagyu beef n black pork belly value for money n free flow drinks $70 for 2 pax. Kimchi soup is a bit blend. Batu soup is okay. Will visit again

It's great experience with the quandoo & suki ya.....I'm really quite much for dining at suki ya ...and this apps make me convenience & comfortable for making the reservation online

Very friendly service. Price was reasonable. Definitely recommended for those who likes Jap hot pot buffets and those who have note tired it to try it out!

The Staff is friendly and nice :) overall a good place to eat till you explode :D but recommend to come in 4 pax instead of 5, because they'll only be adding 1 chair at the end and it's a little cramp tbh.

Good variety offered. Staff are friendly and attentive. They were prompt in clearing plates from table and offering replenishment. Replenishment of vegetables and sides at self service bar, however, needs to be more consistent and regular. Some items appeared once and and were replaced with other items when they ran out.

Refill of the ingredients is slow and felt that store is shorthanded as staff is too busy to attend to us. Dinner is pricey as the ingredients is same as lunch, only additional of ice cream for dessert.

Been frequent to this restaurant Unfortunately this time round, they impose $1/- extra for free flow of drinks, which had been "free" all this while !! Meat and choice if buffet is still good.

Overall was good. But the picture show prawn and scollop but only have meats and other vegetables. Dessert not much choices. Drink oso limited . Service is good.

Friendly staff over there . They do serve the food fast and take listen carefully to what we want. As my friend came from Taiwan so there is a little problem in communication.

Overall condition is average. The varieties of food could have been more. Service not as promptly when requested. But with the convenience of location and the quality of food, will come back for more.

Very friendly service crews. Environment was good not too packed and the manager was also very service oriented. Price was reasonably good. Just one feedback, maybe it's a weekend and crowd was overwhelmed, they should put in placed shortages of culteries, drinks and cups.

The meats are tender and soup base is excellent! However, the manager does not seem friendly... :( Nonetheless, if you like shabu-shabu, this is a good place to visit.

beware of their wet floor... its slippery... told a lady staff but not much of response from her... food ok only cos almost everything is not available even at dinner time ... service from some of the staff is good....

The restaurant is called Suki Ya and yet they do not serve Sukiyaki soup base for dinner. Also, the sesame sauce is not available now.

The buffet spread do not have much variety. However, from vegetables to slice meat are very fresh ... soup base is nice but the dining time of 120 mins is too short. Think Suki-ya should consider to extend the dining time to at least 2 to 2 and a half hours.

I like the food come with affordable price plus promotion with safra card. It makes the day even better for my father's birthday. Surely would love to come back again.

It's a little different compared to my last visit... With so many equivalents in Singapore market, they may have to do a little better, considering their price tag.

Food is nice and ambience is ideal for small to big families. Will patronize again. Price is reasonable as well. Overall very pleased with the service and food.

The meat was in very low stocks, needed a lot of Sime for them to "cut" the meat. Service was subpar, waited 10min for 2 plates of chicken and refill of the soup base, but they never came and we had to ask again. Good thing is that they don't chase you out after the buffet time limit tho

There should be more care taken for cleaniness as I felt that the food counters can be dirty at times and also messy. Thank you.

Variety satisfactory but can be better. Service was great! Buffet line can be designed better for taller customers, it was a little awkward to get the things in the inner trays.

Good ambience. Staff are helpful and responsive. It would be nice if there are bigger table that can accommodate up to 15 pax. One regret that we did not top up $5.90 for the Wagyu beef and 3-layer pork.

Very nice experience, varieties of foods and fresh too. Hope there is no limit of time . Cheese ball very nice. Will visit again soon for buffet.

The reservation was at 6.45pm and we were 15mins late and arrived at 7pm. But the restaurant gave away our table without checking with a call. Ended up waiting for more than 30mins for table. The unlimited wagu beef was a scam as we were only served one round.

I personally find the taste of the soup base average. it tasted almost the same like any other. Still can improve. Service and environment are good.

Its a nice place with great food ambiance, food was good, service was excellence, they cleared the plates efficiently and will prompt if you needed any soup refills, we think that it was worth the money spent.

The service was good, staffs were very helpful. The variety of food was good too, love the beef and chicken. We all enjoyed our selves.

Good service during lunch time. Service staff is attentive to us. Plates are cleared and orders came fast. Should have more varieties of food items to choose from to attract more customers.
