Service was good. Refill rather fast. Meats were fresh and sweet

The food is still as good as before. However the service is pretty lousy. My orders are all delivered wrongly. The ordering system is not precise, What does Qty=1 means? 1 fish ball? I piece of vegetable? 1 portion of food? Staff seem demoralized and going through the motion of "throwing" the food ordered on the table and turning away without checking if we need anything.

Quick service by staff even due to the current COVID restrictions.

Fresh meat with umami filled broth. Although u have to order the food and cannot take from buffet table, u can keep ordering. Polite staff. I will go again with my family

With phase 2 opening, you can't sign up for the membership and you need to indicate in a form the ingredients that you want and the server will deliver to you which may take some time.

Staff may need to check whether the soft drinks are still in good condition, the coke zero tasted like water . The seats should be cleaned with detergent as if you placed your hands on the seat, your hands will smell badly.

Great Food, but the variety of food is too little and service can improve too. Will go back again, still taste really good. Try the Waygu Beef Buffet.

More staff are needed at BPP Suki-ya. When i went to BPP Suki-ya, it is lunch peak hour, therefore, there are more customers than usual. The staff are busy with alot of customer, and hence waiting time to be attended by the staff is slightly longer

Great service. Quiet place for a meal. Affordable pricing. Dinner comes with dessert - Ice cream, cakes and fresh fruits. Overall pleasant experience for a first timer.

Will definitely enjoy the food and their broths were good! Only downside was that the restaurant area was a little cramped and they did not have sufficient staff. Had to search for their staff a couple of times

The food was good, nothing fanciful, but it would be better with more variety of vegetables. It was a bit noisy but generally it was fine.

Service is fast and staff is friendly. The only down point is that the place is quite small. But I would still go back again with my family and friends.

We had dinner on a Wed. It was not very crowded but maybe 80% of the seats were occupied. The service was good and food was fresh. The beef and pork were both pretty decent for this price. My Husband liked the chicken as well. Soup base is nice too. I thought the selection of food could be expanded to improve the overall experience. Another thing was that there was a huge group of teens sitting near us who were making so much noise! I mean the restaurant has no control over this but they should have tried to arrange for others to sit further away as some seats were available.

Good service but they did stress on the eating time (50 mins in my case) on the receipt. Overall quite good experience and friendly staff.

We book a table for 17 pax. They only gave us 4 pots and 1 pot is for 2 paxs who do not eat beef. So 15 paxs are sharing 3 pots. The staff does not allow us to have more pots and say this is due to provide to promotion. In addition, there's limited time to dine.

Bukit Panjang Branch wasn't crowded on a sunday afternoon (public holiday). Food is okay, but very limited choice though......only a few items suitable for children.

when to the bukit panjang plaza shopping mall for the suki-ya shabu shabu quite enjoying the unique soup base and the food was very fresh especially the free flow meat.. only bad thing was the timing limited to 80mins feel is too short..

Too much msg in the soup. My mouth felt dry for the whole day.Overall not bad. Could have better stuff for the price.will not try agaim.

Really love to have free flow meat and steamboat together so I went on for Suki-Ya by introduction of a good friend of mine. Well, it was really worth the price! Visited there during a weekday. The service of the staffs is fantastic, very friendly and efficient.

Variety has decreased and drinks feels diluted. Perhaps it was the weekend but still not that pleasant of an overall experience. Won't really recommend this.

Meat quality was not as good as other suki ya outlets, as the raw meat was thin and fell apart easily. But service was prompt.

Soup base nice, but my younger boy ate too slow; so the buffet timing given was slightly rush for us. Overall experience is good, may come back in the future.
