Stirling Steaks - 43 East Coast Road

Came back again after visiting recently. Had no complain at all, thoroughly enjoyed the steak! We had both the sirloin and the ribeye. Both of us preferred the ribeye to a large extent.

Great casual place for a good steak. I have frequented Stirling a couple of times now and am never disappointed. Good steaks for good value.

We had the ribeye steaks, which were both very salty. Way over seasoned. Truffle fries are okay and portion quite big. Salad portion was too small.

This outlet visit in terms of steak quality and doneness was below par compared to 115 outlet. Quite disappointed this time round.

Really really great steaks! Prepared according to our preferences, loved the seasoning too. Also ordered the beer (Hite) and the rice bowl. Would definitely come back again.

Meat seasoned nicely but steak not done to desired doneness. Nice selection of beers to go with the meats. Waitress quite responsive and friendly in general.

Service is average and food is honestly alright I suppose? Not something I would go back again and again cause it doesn’t have a wow factor.

Great non-standard cuts like oyster blade/flatiron and hanger steak. Reasonable price, and complimentary bottles of cold tap water, no ripping you off with SGD2 Ice Mountain nonsense. Steaks nicely charred and done medium rare as requested. Polite and efficient servers.
