food was good and the best of it all is the staff. staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful too!

referred my mum to this place and she brought her friend to try this place out. both of them enjoyed their meals and thought it was nice of the restaurant to offer febreeze outside after the meal to not smell so greasy after haha

the 3rd time visit . love the honeycomb pork belly! however I wish they have slice onions too. otherwise all is good!

Average korean BBQ restaurant. Layout and decoration is very basic and pricing is low for the location in the CBD but higher than heartland options. Drinks are self serviced from vending machines and are priced on the high side, water is not free.

Alright venue for Korean food in the area but honestly there's many other better options. Service was pretty slow and food was average. Water needs to be purchased at the vending machine in-store.

Food quality was good. The restaurant was clean and tables were well spaced out. Staff were very helpful and kept a very good standard of hygiene. Down side is they do not serve drinks. You have to buy it from the vending machines. So that will chalk up your meal expenditure by quite a lot if you have a family or larger group especially.

I love their kimchi and pork belly stir fry set, their assorted pancakes are equally good! Worth to give it a try

Visited this restaurant many times, however, the feeling is different from the time I started eating in this restaurant. It doesn’t gives me the type of conducive and welcoming feel. The food are getting more expensive and not so tasty as before

My friends and I have a wonderful catch up session with good and affordable food served in SSAK3. However, service is not as good as before. We have to prompt the service crew many times

Been to this restaurant very often but recently found the crew has changed. They are not as friendly as the previous team, especially the Korean man (the manager?). He has a very cold look always. Menu changed too, price increases at least 30%, the food portions are getting smaller and food standard dropped. Don’t find as appealing as before

Very authentic Korean bbq . The food was great and affordable. We had the 2-3 pax set plus another single order of meat for the 4 of us , with free flow of side dishes/ salad and lettuce . Came up to 88$ for the 4 of us .

This is the Korea restaurant that always comes to my mind whenever I crave for Korean food. But now the prices have increased between 10-50% which make it less attractive

Came back a second time to try their bbq! Ordered their premium beef set and it was really good :) best cut was the large slab of wagyu!! Super juicy and tender! But because they were quite under staffed, we were scared they would forget about our beef and burn or overcook it cos they said they would help us cook it. Had to wait a too cos they were short-staffed. Ordered pork belly cos it looked good but i would give this a miss, the pork smell was so strong and felt tough to bite. Maybe cos we cooked it on our own, but the taste of it is nothing great. Go for the beef set!

Portions were great and really worth the price. Safe distancing is carried out well too.

Ordered the jajjangmyeon and spicy seafood ramen, was decent for the price we paid! Tje ramen soup was quite spicy but they dont seem to serve water so just rmbr to bring some! Would come back again to try their other dishes and bbq :-)

So glad I give this place a try because the food and service here is way better than all the other bbq place I ever been. The food is so so so good and authentic. Seems like they are short staffed but service still good. Highly recommended!!!

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed by the service of your staff. Firstly i had book for table of 4 online in a advance for my best friend birthday celebration. As she really love kbbq and i told her that this restaurant had the best and authentic kbbq experience. Upon reaching, I was informed that my table had become table 3. When we kindly informed of this miscommunication, the staff was super rude and insolent. Being in the service industry, all she did was to insist that she was right even though the booking shows that I booked for 4 instead of 3. The staff did not even apologize and told us that we cannot dine in as they are not able to find a table for us!!! In the end, at 8pm on a Friday, my group of friends have to find other alternative! After this incident, I will never go visit this restaurant again and will not recommend to the people I know!
