Not sure if it happens frequently but service was exceptionally slow and our beer tower took 30 mins to arrive. Fries 50 mins.

Food ordered and paid (via FAVE), staff was telling us we have to wait for one hour for food serve as there is only one chef in the kitchen. Was angry but understand that is weekend eve and crowded, so that we willing to give a chance to wait. After 1 hr time,1 of the food was served (food portion very small). For waiting another 30mins, check with staff how come another 3 foods havent serve yet, she said already mentioned have t wait for 1 hr, our fries was served after another 15mins after she checked from kitchen, but that is not the fries we ordered. Was waiting another 15mins we decided not to giving any chance and ask for refund for those food havent served. Very bad experienced, will never come back anymore!

Try the honey chicken chop and the sharing platter is good!
