Ambience is really good, the grazing menu is value for money

The steaks are great. Service is excellent. Total let down is the olive oil cake. It is dry and looks messy, like it is all thrown together, and the sorbet is bad too. The olive oil cake is a total rip off because of the poor quality, the worst I have tasted ever, total the economically priced cakes at the neighbourhood confectioneries taste better.

W hotel holds a very special place for us as we held our wedding there 6yrs ago. So it was our 6th wedding anniversary yesterday:) we do not hesitate to go back there as the food there has always been nice as well as their service.

Excellent attentive service. Open kitchen concept with constant voice dissemination of orders by the head chef. Diners might want to request for seats away from the kitchen if you are looking for a romantic night out.

Food was good but you can definitely find better food at the same price points. They were understaffed and service was really very slow, as a result the meal took really long. We waited for 15min to get our dessert menu after we requested for it; another 15min spent waiting to receive the bill. Staffs were not very attentive, out of 3 water refills, 2 of them we had to request for it. To be fair, the staffs were friendly when you managed to get their attention. Both of us ordered the Sher Wagyu Rib Eye MS 8-9 ($120++) and Iberico Double Pork Chop ($70++), with Char-Grilled Broccolini ($11++) as well as Lobster, Lardon Mac & Cheese ($20++) as sides to share. Ribeye was delicious, especially the fatty parts. We’d recommend the Lobster Mac & Cheese! However, the pork chop was not very tender even though the waiter highly recommended it. Overall, Skirt is a place to enjoy a good slow meal if you are in the Sentosa Cove vicinity.
