Was there many years ago. Reno has improved, good ambient.

The food is fantastic. Service was friendly. Little princely though.

Food was sadly mediocre for the prices charged. Standards have dropped since our last visit post-renovation.

Overall food and service is ok. Service could be slightly better in terms of pacing the courses. The young waiter could use some service training. At about 8:50pm, he came to the table with his tablet of our bill and asked us to pay up. He

My second visit wasn't as good as the first. Perhaps it was because I reserved a table at 8.30 pm on 27/12/2019. My friends and I arrived earlier than 8.30 and the table was not set up. Even after all of us were seated, some of us had no napkins on the table. The place was packed and there weren't enough waiters to go around. Two of us ordered ribeye steaks and they didn't turn out to be as nice and tender as we were looking for. The Shashlik of Beef wasn't impressive either. We wanted to try the Baked Alaska right after our main course but by that time when we ordered, the crepes and the Baked Alaska were all sold out. In the end, the Banana Flambe was the saving grace. That said, it was all good as the staff there were nice and polite. Will still continue to go there but will order the non-steak items and dessert all in one go instead.

The restaurant is every bit of the Hainanese-style Western eatery feel. Friendly waiters and the food is beyond my expectations. Will likely dine there again with more friends and relatives! ^.^

Such a great experience at Shashlik! Borshch soup and Shashlik beef skewers were delicious and the staff are so dedicated :)
