Really poor service. Will not be going back in a hurry!

The waiters and waitresses are very alert. Quality of food is good and the place has a nice ambience. Will definitely go back again in the future.

Nice place with a great & lively view for High Tea with girl friends over the weekend. Price reasonable, food not bad. Only minus point is the utensils not so clean.

Overall great, not cheap. Bar area needs new tables &extra waitstaff. Food &service excellent (degustation vegetable dish "bland"). Wine: No "Italian" Pinot Grigio &vlittle <$100

Ambience was great. Nice view from 55th floors. Food was alright. Feel that staff can be more friendly and active. The manager was very friendly though.

Good environment but the hightea set is not really that fantastic. The staffs are not so friendly; they don't put on a smile to welcome or taking orders from the guests

Afternoon tea food not nice...........................very sweet desserts and it doesn't show the level of the restaurant. Quite frustrated other than good views. Better with more choices, can even accept a higher price with better food.

We had ordered three afternoon platters initially. The food display was lovely and tasty. The staffs were polite and helpful when we had requested our change in our order without hesitation. We had decided to cancel one afternoon platter and ordered a Confit duck and mustard fruit wrapped in brick pastry, apple mayo and French fries. The Confit duck was delectable, thank you for your staff recommendation. The ambient is great and it provides an awesome panoramic view of the bustling city. Then we had a surprise from your staff with a scoop of ice cream with candle to celebrate our boy's 7th birthday celebration. It make the whole experience a very unforgettable one and my hubby was very impressed! We will come back for more special occasions again.

The best view ever, seeing the whole of Singapore, good service and good food! The bread was warm and tasty and the breakfast was fantastic and filling.

Overall, service and quality of food is good. My group of friends and I had the 3-course set lunch and surprisingly the starters and desserts were better than the mains... not to say the mains are not good... they were good but the starters and desserts were better. I will go back again for dinner next time.

What a thoughtful restaurant! My mum and I were there for Mother's Day brunch, and every table received a carnation (the official flower of Mother's Day), and a keepsake photograph. The food was delicious, the staff was accommodating, the view was beautiful. My mum had a great time. Will definitely come again!

Service was absolutely fantastic! Though one waiter was having a rather serious face, but still he did a good job serving us. I had the Wagyu Cut, which was exploding with flavour! Grilled to perfect medium doneness! One of the best steak I've had. My wife had the grilled snapper with prawns. Flavour was light which is good for seafoods. Snapper wasn't too dry. We also had the glass Sydney crab omelette. Silky, full of texture with miso broth. A signature dish that shouldn't be missed! The restaurant is very Australian yet infused with Asian tastes. The ambience was great with stunning view of Singapore on the 55th floor of Ion Orchard. View of the sun setting was gorgeous! However, the restaurant setting was rather tad dim. A little more lighting would be good. Good service! Great food! Highly recommended!

Always a pleasure to dine at Salt. Aside from the exceptional view and excellent food, the attention and service provided with the staff is something that adds to the experience. I look forward to my next visit.

Food was decent enough, but the service leaves much to be desired. I asked for a wine recommendation to go with my steak, and the server said she would call for the sommelier. Not only did the sommelier not arrive, when I reminded the staff about my wine, she brought me a glass without asking me for my preferences. It was only later that I realised she had served me the most expensive glass on the menu. Most good restaurants will ask for your preferences before serving; this is obviously not one of them.

We were escorted to the lift by the staff at the counter on lvl 4. On the 55th lvl we were being greeted by the polite staff in the restaurant. the food was great i had the scotch which was cooked very well. the steaks overall were all pretty good.

We had a beautiful afternoon tea whilst enjoying the magnificent views. The food was lovely, especially the macarons which we all agreed were the best we've ever tasted. It was also very good value with a glass of french champagne included for $40++

Food and view was great as always but unfortunately the service is inconsistent. Our waitress was unfamiliar with the dishes on the menu, we had to ask for the drinks menu and we were not offered the dessert menu. The food though was delicious, so thanks to the chefs for saving the day!
