Service was on point and the food came pretty quickly even though we ordered quite a bit since it was for 5.

It was a pleasant lunch and the food we ordered was delicious. With a great ambiance we will definitely revisit in future.

This restaurant is beautifully and very comfortably decorated and has a lovely warmth to it. I think that they are the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in, in a restaurant. A lot of thought has gone into the decoration as it has many soft furnishings to absorb the noise, the cutlery and crockery is very good quality. Unfortunately there was only one other couple there and it is a large restaurant, so not much atmosphere. I was surprised that it wasn't full. The service - because it was quiet we were constantly asked if we were ready, even though the third person hadn't arrived. As soon as they sat down, it was again constant and gave us no time to settle and catch up, before choosing the meals, just to get them to leave us alone. At the end of the meal, one person was still eating and they tried to remove the other plates. It is something that staff need to be taught. Wait until everyone is finished and don't remove plates as soon as the last person is chewing their last mouthful either. The food - The meals were nicely presented. But the description of the meal (and photos) didn't match the meal. Two of us ordered the rib eye steak and it was supposed to have eggplant with it. It didn't and they ended up bringing it out separately, after being questioned about it. It also didn't look like 200gm. The roast chicken meal wasn't cooked properly and had to be returned to the kitchen and even after the second time, was still red on the bone. They did apologise and gave us a treat at the end of the meal. This place should be full, with a little tweaking it would have been a great night. It isn't just about the food when you eat out, but also the service and the atmosphere and you go out to enjoy a relaxing, comfortable night out. The last thing you want is to be over serviced, with pressure to order.

Good food and friendly service. Priced on the higher side.
