Nice ambience and good service provided. Food is tasty and nicely served. Great place for a nice quiet lunch with a small group of friends or clients.

Food is excellent but service was somewhat lacking. We had to attract the attention of the waiters several times in order to place our orders etc Be warned that dining is expensive!

Overall it was amazing. Very surprise by the food quality. I like the selections on the menu. It's not too much but also not too little. Very easy to make decision on what to have for the meal.

I had a lunch of the Surprise menu at Rhubarb last week. It was indeed a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent. They well deserve the Michelin star. I will come back and of course recommend it to others.

Service warmed up as the meal got on. The use of the Coravin enable diners to taste premium wines by the glass. Excellent. One suggestion - use less foam on the dishes.

Food was ok. It was a disappointment not seeing wine match offered with the degustation menu. Doesn't seem to be comparable other Michelin starred restaurants I've been to.

The taste of food was great, but the service was so-so. Service by a middle aged man was friendly and smart but others', especially a guy's were cold and not helpful.

Fantastic service, a little bit pricey but still a fantastic meal. Would definitely come back here. I really like that it only has a limited amount of tables- has a very cost feel to it. A bit picky but didn't like the grey table decor. Looks a bit sterile.

The service are OK but not excellent. Ordered the Le Menu for both of us. The chef is kind enough to change the trout to quail for one of us since one of us doesn't eat fish. Unfortunately, one of the trout having a pin bone in it which shouldn't happen in Michelin Starred restaurant. They also mistakenly our main course and the chef refuse to take back the dish and force us to eat the dish. Of course the chef kind enough to make the main course we suppose to order and complimentary us to eat the mistakenly dish. However, forcing us to eat the mistaken dish and refuse to take back the dish is another inappropriate for Michelin Starred Restaurant.

Excellent place! Small number of tables, dining room open to the kitchen which was surprisingly very quiet, relaxed atmosphere, very good service with detailed explanation of each dish and of course refined food. Great time there.

Cosy and nice ambience. Only 7 tables so it's very spacious but can be quite difficult to book. The pricing is good too. Definitely value for money.

Went for lunch the day after it was awarded a Mich star. Had the lunch time chef's menu. It was well worth the extra cost.

A very relax and cosy place for French cuisine fine dining. The foods are creative and delicious. The services are excellent under the care of Jerome and Francis. Chef Paul, being recently awarded a Michelin Star, may serve you dishes personally and you can see him enjoying and displaying his cooking skills with his crew members in the kitchen a short distance away. Prices are reasonable. Must try! I have made three visits already this year!

Very high level on everything; the service, the meny, the food, both the taste and the presentation. This is a restaurant you have to visit!!

Food was average, have much better at a non starred resto. Service is pretty slow, with such a long lag between the starters n the mains n then the dessert. We had to leave without having the coffee and tea of petit four ( and they didnt even bother asking us!!! can you believe it? call it a one michelin star restaurant.. -_-) definitely not coming here again. To make things easier for them (as we were 7), we had a special pre organised menu... well certainly didnt help them at all even with this. and the restaurant wasnt even full! Think I only noticed 2-3 other tables...

Wonderful experience! We loved the delightful cloud-like texture of the mushroom-chestnut-truffle emulsion, the fondant of the foie gras beautifully paired with the crunchy strawberry vanilla bric, the Wagyu cooked to perfection, or the regressive combo of poached rhubarb in rose syrup with popping candy, rhubarb sorbet and creamy vanilla. Bref, it was awesome! Thanks Chef Paul and team for a delightful evening!

Delicate, delicious.The service is very great. Actually I often go to the restaurant with my friends. Foie gras is my favorite. Like it very much。It's fantastic.

Rhubarb serves up excellent French cuisine and provides commendable service. The surprise lunch menu is always a delight to have. They have an extensive wine list as well.

We had the le menu, foods are really excellent, portion wise just nice, service of the manager is very good, introduce us a good white wine to pair with our foods.

Excellent set lunch at $42++. Love the dishes, especially the cheese platter and lamb dish. The petite fours were really a surprise! Great dining choice. :)

An excellent and cosy place. Food was exceptionally well prepare, service attentive, wine list impressive and on top of that it is great value for money. The only small imperfection is lunch starts at 12 noon, but you could only enter the resturant at 12.05pm.

What a great restaurant! Only 7 tables and fantastic food. My wife and I had the tasting menu and each course had a wow factor.

I was unable to book dinner, and am in Singapore for only two more days, so we settled for lunch. However, upon enquiring whether the dinner menu was available for lunch, Paul agreed to do so! I felt grateful he accommodated our request as it was a very satisfying meal. That evening we couldn't eat till lat, so we didn't mind eating a heavier meal midday. Well done!

Fantastic lunch set with high quality food and service. Chef was very warm and friendly too! Highly recommend to reserve a seat early as the restaurant is relatively small.

Good set lunch for $42++ indeed live up to its name as a one starred Michelin restaurant. The foie gras and beef ribs were seasoned just right and the use of rhubarb is spot on as the name of the restaurant suggests. Love the cheese as well.

staffs are nice and warm, food is tasty, no doubt, it's one of the best restaurant that I ever tried in Singapore. Definitely will come back again.
