Very good food and reasonably priced. Will certainly return soon.

Second time here. Food is good as we were looking for a jap food fix with free parking!

Service and food are all good. location is easy to find as well.

The set lunch here is pretty reasonable. Nothing fancy just a wholesome meal. The Wagyu beef portion is sizable and nicely seared with salty flakes. Worth a try.

First time here and good was awesome! Service was a little slow as they were under staffed, but they made sure all of our food were served before we left. Will be back again to try the rest of their menu!

It is not a good experience. There is no service throughout the meal. Waiter and waitress look like very unhappy. As for the food, it is not outstanding as well. I will not recommend to my friends.

Staff is attentive and friendly and help to make my overseas friend feels at home and welcomed. The Rakuichi set dinner is value for money at $88/pax with refreshing appetiser to Sashimi and Sushi. It was very filling and it comes with 2 glasses of chilled Sapporo beer!!

Lunch was ok and was not given a lot of attention as probably staff was pretty busy during lunch time.

we were the first customer of the day and the service staff (short bob hair) who approached us lack basic customer service. We have a family member who was able to join us for lunch at last min and we asked her if it is ok to add one more pax…her reply stunned all of us before she even check on the reservation list - “you should call early if to add number of pax and not just walk in like that”. I have been to Raikuchi numerous times for the past 10 years or more and have never encounter such rude staff. It would have been a great family outing but thanks to her that she spoilt everyone mood!!

Very nice food except the beef was too sweet - almost like dessert. I ordered an udon noodle hot soup with bean curd which was very good but the bean curd was as sweet as a candy. I think you ought to cut down on the sugar. Also the black interiors give a dingy appearance to the restaurant.

Food is good but service is haphazard. One of the items in the set is not available and we were informed in the midst of the dinner with no option to bow out.

As always, food was consistently very good, and good value for the price.

Definitely not a good quality sushi. I'm not going back.
