Food was yummy. Service was good and could have been better. We were the only occupied table in the section. Staff were probably attending to the tables in the other section. Had to wait a while to get attention for our dessert.

I like that the restaurant is very quiet and cosy. Excellent quality Thai food and value for money. The staff are so friendly and service is very good!

The last time around at Patara, the Yellow Crab Curry wasn’t available. So that was prime agenda for this visit. We started with the usual favourites of Tom Yum Goong, Assorted Satay and these were great. For the main course, Cashew Chicken (I have always doubted it’s origins being Thai) didn’t disappoint but the Massaman Crab Curry, probably high on the shrimp paste, didn’t satiate the senses as I had hoped.

Tasty food, great service! We ordered two 3 course set meal with Tom yum soup, tapioca dessert. Delicious. The lemongrass juice was refreshing. We also ordered pad Thai which was authentic. Highly recommended

I had a nice, quiet dinner at this Thai restaurant. I enjoyed the mixed appetiser platter, as well as the assorted dessert platter.

It was crowded on a Tuesday afternoon and our food took super long to come. We ordered a kailan dish and a spring chicken. We finished the kailan and waited 15 mins before asking the manager to check on our spring chicken. He never got back to us and after another 15 mins when we checked with another waiter he came back to say they ran out of chicken. What a terrible horrible excuse from a fine dining restaurant!

Had stuffed chicken wings and broccoli with mushrooms. Food tasted healthy as it was not too oily nor salty.

Refined atmosphere, beautifully presented food prepared with great attention to detail. Excellent service.

It had been a while since we delved into Thai cuisine and much longer since we last visited Patara (in Bangkok). So, here we were. The classic Tom Yum Goong and the Satay Duo didn’t disappoint. For the main course, we were in the mood for Yellow Crab curry and so ordered that but were later told about it being out of stock. Changed it to Massaman Gae (Lamb Curry with Lotus Seeds) which was done delightfully well. The ‘out of stock’ experience was dished out in quick succession again for our dessert choice ‘Mango Sticky Rice’ and we ended up not ordering any alternate. If not for the Mango Sticky Rice, we’re going back for the ‘Yellow Crab Curry’!

Food is good. Staff was a bit thin so service took a big longer. One of male captains has a strong odour. So it was a big unpleasant.

We have been several times. We tried some new dishes and were not disappointed. The Wagyu beef and tomato salad was spicy and delicious. One of my favorites is the Thai taco appetizer. All four of us enjoyed our main course choices. We finished off with the Mango Sticky Rice and Coconut Ice Cream.

Terrible. Have been going to Patara (Sing + London ) for 20 years. The head chef was off and the food was disgusting!!

Eric was fantastic in the pre dinner arrangements. However on that night, service was sorely lacking. Dishes were not served like my steamed fish and orders were all.mixed up. For 14 pax they gave me a medium lo hei . They ran out of white rice!

Worthwhile dining experience! Only downside is the long wait but waitress tried their best.

Food quality is still good . Love the yellow and green curries. Desserts are simply heavenly especially the red ruby. However the best part of dining experience goes to Andrew the restaurant manger, who is fun to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the food!

I ordered the vege-morning glory.. it was so good. and chef gave a generous amount for 2pax.. Unlike other restaurants. always just a few strands.

The $78 dinner set was not fantastic , felt the food served not worth the money. Food also not that fanastic which was $38 dinner set.
