Good ambience for a romantic dinner! Will definitely visit again.

The lobster soup which was at $14 was so salty and did not taste like lobster at all.

Food is overpriced. Portions are too small for it to be called Italian food. Also, please don’t charge extra for bread.

We were told that Amex card was not accepted while just few weeks back it had no issues. On the door the sign said “Amex welcome”. When we went back to ask them again with no apology they said machine upstairs doesn’t work and we could have paid downstairs but the waiter refused to offer such option when processed payment. Disappointing experience

Food is quite nice but portion is quite small. Wait staff is a little unfriendly.

Watered down soup. Strange tasting lasagna. Bland sides. Worst Italian food ever. Bad service.

Food was nice, but dessert portion was smaller than expected for the price. We had some difficulty catching the servers’ attention - there were 3 of them managing the tables. Would have been better if they had stated in their t&c that the 15% HSBC dining privileges was only applicable for lunch and not dinner.

The food was pretty OK. The Linguine de Mare was exceptional but the pasta with the lobster (can't remember the name) was downright cold. And it was one of the more costly item in the menu. Nevertheless, the overall quality was good and the Lava cake was the best I ever tasted. As for the atmosphere, it was kind of cosy and for a Wed night, it was quite crowded; which only speaks well for the restaurant. As for the service, one waiter was very forthcoming, friendly and responsive. The other, was trying to clear my plates while I was still eating. Not so smart. In summary, the food is 4 to 5 stars. But the service: so so. Cost of dinner $$$ our of $$$$$.

Service was not as expected, as I have indicated it was my daughter’s birthday that day, they didn’t have any special treat for her. I didn’t expect much at least a slice of cake for the birthday person. However the food was good.

Food quality was below expectation and variable. Most of our starters were good, main course pasta acceptable but main course branzino and dessert tiramisu all missed taste. Service was average

We were very surprised to hear an apology from the cashier when we were settling our bill, that there was a power outage which resulted in a halt for the kitchen to prepare any diners meal, hence resulting in a slight delay in serving our main dishes. We did not even realise that it happened and we felt that they did a good job in handling the situation. Atmosphere is perfect for dating. Food is great too. Will definitely come back again and recommend others too.

Food was slightly above average. However, I had to wait an hour for my pasta as there was an issue in the kitchen. No staff initiated to inform me and I had to ask a few times. As I was making my unhappiness known, the staff offered a hurried apology and some mumbling before going off. Overall, the service standard was poor.

I Love the staffs a lot a lot a lot

Saffron pasta was creamy and scallops were fresh. Tiramisu is worth a try!

it has always been the place to go for italian until our last visit. the standard of service has dropped significantly. the staff assigned to our table was completely clueless, lost, doesnt know what a prosecco is, doesnt even know how to complete an order for the whole table (take order for half a table then walk away, got completely distracted, forgot to come back), that other staff members have to cover for her incompetency. it is also very obvious that overall, the staff is short-handed. the restaurant also refuses to keep our birthday cake in the fridge, because “we sell dessert here too”.

Good joint that serves tasty pasta with a fantastic, homely ambience. Food-wise, my only complaint was that the pasta was not al dente enough to my liking. Service was a little gruff for the prices you pay.

I had high hopes for this restaurant cause I ate before quite afew years back. Last year I tried it for a birthday event and the standard has dropped so much. The service are not there anymore. I was quite disappointed.

Food was not as good as before, service standards has dropped. Servers always stand so near our table and we felt very uncomfortable. we asked a server for water topup, he didnt want to do it & waited for another waiter instead, felt it was very rude, and when he came to topup he never refill for all, only for 1 glass so we gave up asking. was not a good experience at all. Had high hopes on this place but it disappointed my guests too

Nice cozy place with good food. A little pricey though

Food was not bad but service was very slow - some of our guests arrived early and were not served water until we asked. Also it is rather bizarre for staff to tell a customer that their table is not within service area (instead of just relaying our message to the appropriate staff)
