Fantastic service by restaurant manager Nino when we went on 7 Feb to celebrate my wife's bday. Even just for lunch, he made the difference for us and we will definitely be back again.

waitress is unable to get my specific Chinese food order to the Chef, as she doesn't understand Mandarin. the Chinese in charge that day, the culinary skills does not match the other chef Lee it seems lobster wasn't as good as before. neither was the tofu dish nor the egg fried rice a little disappointed

#rd visit in a month. Waiting time between the starter and the main course was really long this time round so much so we had to ask for it. Other than that I felt they were a little understaffed. Food was good as usual and service was great.

This was my second visit in the week. Had the sashimi salad to start and the grilled tuna for my main course. Loved the tuna which wasn’t dry as grilled fish tend to be but the sashimi salad was only so so abs the portion of fish wasn’t really generous. Service was great as usual though a little slow because of the crowd.

This is home, truly. Every time I come here it is like coming home.

After not visiting the Hyatt for more than 5 years, the experience was everything I remembered it to be. Attentive, discreet and personable, your staff settled us in quickly and calmly before helping us with our orders. My only grouse: the lamb turned out medium-well done and a little too tough and dry even though I had asked for medium-rare. I shall return but hope that see the same attentiveness they place with the food as they do with their diners.
