Had a great time celebrating my friend’s birthday. Food was nice and service was fantastic 😀

The side dishes portion is very small. I selected medium rare for the meat and it is cooked to perfection. Flawless! If the portion for the side dishes are larger, it would be perfect.

Promotion for 2nd 250g ribeye steak at 50%. The the cut was soso - alot of tendon making it difficult to cut and chew. not tasty either.

some of the sides are quite bland for example the mashed potatoes and buttered broccoli which cannot taste any butter. also the sauce given is too little. the golden pumpkin soup is too sweet.

The lunch sets at MEDIUMRARE is affordable and very value-for-money. I had the grilled ribeye with beef fat fried rice and buttered broccoli, which I say is perfectly prepared. I did wish that the restaurant would bring back roasted brussels sprouts though!

Great value steaks, especially the set lunch at only $16 with 2 sides, soup n drink.

The place is quite small so not ideal for big group gatherings.

Requested for medium rare rib eye steak but it was too raw. So they brought the steak back to the kitchen and did another round of cooking. Finally, it came back fine. Grilled prawns are quite nice but a bit pricey for 4 normal sized prawns at $8. Upon booking via Quandoo, was prompted that there would be a 1-for-1 rib eye at $24++. However, after making payment, I realised that it wasn't 1 for 1 instead there was 50% off for the 2nd steak. Being curious, I showed them the screenshot of the pop-up box that I got earlier on and the manager there wasn't too helpful. He just shrugged his shoulders and said there wasn't such promotion.

Went on a Saturday, 3pm. was not busy but a bit of wait to get servers attention. Nonetheless, food is good & recommend the cafe de paris sauce! Goes very well with their steak :)
