great service and even better steak frites. love the ambience of the 2nd floor too

Pricing is ok. But you get the sense the wait staff are overwhelmed, despite us taking the second seating, at the door it took us 15 minutes to get seated. Quite awkward to stand there without any smiles from the staff. Fries are soggy and spoiled my experience.

Very good lunch at Les Bouchons really thankful to great service from the team especially Alvis… not only did he recommended us good food, but he also genuinely cares for the guests (this was very clear by the additional cares he gave to my 90th years old mother and a kid at another table). Good food and great service happy to be back again!

Beef was normal, but the mussels were awesome and tasty. Service was prompt and service staff were attentive and friendly.

food is ok, the ribeye could be better, abit tough. the lamb is nice but too fatty. service can be better.

Still our favourite steak restaurant and it is pet friendly too. Much better environment than its Robertson Quay outlet (which has very crammed sesting and poorer service). Always feel welcomed by the staff and the exceptional service here.

Nice steaks, but the greens with our appetizers were not dressed which contrasted with the side salads of the steaks which were dressed. Water is $3 per person.

Definitely short staffed The staff are unable to cope with the number of guests so do be prepared to wait for orders to be taken, water to be given etc.

our first visit .place a little squeeze (head waiter kicking on my chair leg all the time so got headache). Our celebration for birthday message was not read (on the reservation message. Our use of American express Platinum card was indicated but did not read by head waitress. Food wise excellent especially the steak, lamb and fish . As for French fries I think more room for improvement.

Food was good, but one of the service staff tried to rush us through the meal by serving the dessert (ice cream, no less!) while we still had a third of the steak on our plate, and then asking for payment shortly after. And this was despite being more than 30 minutes before closing time!

had the beef cheek, steak and salmon. comes with warm bread, fries and a bowl ful of salad. Decent portions for a french restaurant. tasty although beef smelt rather strong

Food is great, but the aircon seems weak n the place feel abit warm. Joanne is helpful in taking pics. She is always smiley.

Service was good although they made us sit upstairs when the downstairs ws empty. Food is Nothing fantastic. My fench onion soup was lukewarm. My cut if wagyu flap was quite gamey - had a strong taste of liver. The french fries were just ordinary. My friends liked their escargot and chicken liver pate. Was recommended the pine nut tart but i felt it wasnt all that tasty - would have preferred the valrhona chocolate.
