Service was very good, however food did not match. Sirloin stake was 50 percent fat. The restaurant compensated with a dessert but I was disappointed by the steak.

Lovely quaint restaurant. Delicious food , great service and overall just a lovely evening. We felt the bill was definitely reasonable for 2 adults 4 x alcoholic beverages 2 x meat mains 1 x side $190 . Great evening. We will be back

The ambience was excellent and my boyfriend and I felt as if we were in Paris. The food was fantastic and I had a great birthday celebration with my boyfriend there. It was awesome!

Service was great and staff were very thoughtful and observance! it was a birthday celebration, waiter brought out the cake once we are almost done with our mains without me hinting him to do so! Indeed a great service experiences and a great surprise for my friend. However, chef can improved on their steak cooking temperature, as my steak were a bit burnt..

Very delicious fries complemented a well seasoned steak. The salad was not too bad as well

the restaurant manager welcomed me upon checking my reservations made that day and was able to pertain to my request of presenting the birthday cake surprise for my husband at the end of our dinner. through out the dinner, service staff was prompt and paid attention to details, the ambiance was great, steaks was well prepared and served and the wine choices was amazing. we will return again after our first wonderful experience.

Steak is a bit tough. French fries r homemade but come in very short slices. Bread is not warm when given. Told waiter if we could hv more fries but he forgot about it. Had to ask again

Food very good but the service needs more amelioration. The waiter added 14$ on the bill...... And the menue should be more clear about the « cote de boeuf » with isn’t clear about the price and gives room to different interpretation(it says 1kg for two person and the price is 55$/person but how can you know it was for two person and not just one....??)

Made a reservation in advance, and also got a call on the day itself for a confirmation. Service is good, the food was great as well. We got two sets of steak, and the french onion soup, loved them. I would also like to add that the complimentary bread was warm and fresh, wish I had more!

Meat isn't a good cut as how it's priced, too much tendons. Taste is good though. Service ain't prompt, servers are unfriendly. Nice ambience but sadly the food didn't match up the standard.

Great value for the price paid. Wife and I both had the ribeye which was cooked well, and the quantity was definitely sufficient. Service was great except for one server who put on a sour expression. This server was there when I visited a couple months ago too.

Good service and great food very kind to let us take away our left overs. Very well priced and good value champagne and wine is always a winner!

Food is good but ambience is so awkwardly silent and service is inattentive. Won't be coming back to this outlet but will give the Robertson Quay one a go.

Nice festive atmosphere and service staff were helpful. Portion is relatively huge for the cote de boeuf and the steak is tender. However, service time and process can be improved. On Christmas Eve, my friends and family had to wait close to an hour for 2 of our cote de boeufs to arrive. We were one of the first few to get seated and our order was submitted at 7:04 PM. Our steaks came only at 8:00 PM after seeing all the other customers who came after us have their orders fulfilled. The steaks turned out slightly cold and appeared to be left out in the open for awhile. The overall experience was poor because of the long wait time coupled with cold steak.

Service staff on the 2nd floor was awful. He got visibly upset when we wanted to place an additional order. When asked for the bill, it appeared he intentionally made us wait by doing other things that didn't seem urgent. Food was ok, could have been served warmer.

The wine was good, the atmosphere was cosy. Staff was friendly. Full house so got to remember to make reservations early. Will definitely come back

Place and atmosphere gives the people dining in the restaurant a nice feel. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Food wise has been rather good as well.

The service at 2nd level is only so so. The overall ambience is good. I do not believe there is a good value for money.
