Restaurant was crowded. Luckily made reservations. Since its was meet up. Ordered drinks and appetisers and lite bites only. Ambiance was ok! Food is good.

A warm place suitable for families with children with toys and books to keep children occupied. It is not crowded too which makes it conducive for conversation. Decent western fare which children like.

Food portion is generous and atmosphere is ideal for families with kids

Great food but not the most pet friendly outlet they have. Staff advised to go another outlet around YCK if have pets.

tried their stewed beef don, quite nice 👍 generous portions of beef tendon were included with the soft and tender brisket 😋 the sauce is reminiscent of canned food; hopefully that's not what the meal was made from 😂 even with an MRT stop outside, this venue is not very accessible from many parts of the island! imagine Khatib station is nearby but no, there's no direction connection even with buses :( guess I won't be back anytime soon 🤔

Had tried multiple food items on the menu as newcomers, totally satisfied with majority of them in terms of their generous portions. However further improvements must be done for their mussels and clams availability if they wish to maintain their menu.

Food is decent. Pizzas are more worthwhile than other food items that tend to be a bit expensive. Drinks are so so. There are better options out there.

warm restaurant staffs. kid friendly. food is great. Even has a kids corner with books and toys for the kids.

Food was decent, albeit on the pricier side. The restaurant mixed up my reservations.

Service was good. Attentive and helpful female staffs. Food however was mediocre. Fish and chips, beef burger both below avg. Fries weren't seasoned nor tasted good.

We returned for a second time. It's a kid-friendly environment with televisions, board games, and image colouring. The food was not bad. However, the service was poor this time. When it came to ordering and serving dinner, the restaurant manager in blue made a long face and gave an attitude. She is not friendly and not detailed. It's no longer an enjoyable location to hang around.

Though only 2 Chinese female service staff, their services were considerably good! Thank U! As for food, BEST was pizza (which was why I recommended to bring my friends to Lazy Lizard! Haha, 1st tried @ their West Coast outlet few months ago).....fresh oysters were really fresh too! The not-so-goods were actually the meat platter, especially the beef sausage as it was too dry and the cakes (tried brownie & tiramisu)......

Revisit; The food is still good, the beef burgers are good. Won't go wrong which one you pick.

Cozy environment for a small gathering. Food was good and nothing to complaint.

Although service was good, the food was very disappointing. We ordered the Meat Platter. Except for the sausages, the Spam chips(more like fries), Lazy Wings n Dumplings were over fried. It was really hard to eat. The Spanish Prawns although not fresh was okay. They served one of the cheapest house wine by the glass. We decided not to stay for dessert n coffee. The young lady server was attentive asking how was the food n I told her my opinion. She apologised n commented she will let the chef know. When we paid the bill she apologised again n took 10% off. We appreciate n thank her for her kind gesture which was unexpected. Great customer service indeed. I m sorry I didn’t get her name to accord her a compliment through this channel. Will I go back? Nah.

First time to the outlet in Upper thomsom, the food and service is great!
