Kintamani Restaurant @ Furama Riverfront

Food quality was good. But their serving system needs a lot of improvements. Instead of serving what we ordered, when we ordered, they just served in batches.

I love the ambient of the restaurant, its Muslim Friendly environment cos there's a prayer room for Muslim. Foods are superb and I love the Fruit Rojak, Beef Rendang and especially the Roasted Lamb Leg.. I would love to dine in at Kintamani again with my family in future and I will recommend to my relatives and friends. last but not least, as we are seated in the New Wing, probably, you can have 2 server instead of 1 cos it will slow the serving and service.

food was very delicious.the chef did a good job.but the servers are slow.cant blame them because they are understaffed.waited more than 30mins for my order.seriously frustating because i have a toddler waiting for his dinner.will not recommend this place

No longer the Old Kintamanis I knew years ago. Vivid changed all that...No more satay in the new a la carte buffet spread (even though buffet is allowed today (Apr 18 2021). Dory fish is served...Food used to taste better previously...Not as good as Rice Table or Penny Place@Suntec....I will be skipping Kintamanis...n head to Rice Table...c u there

Staff was friendly & attentive. Just the overall experience kinda 'meh' compare to the usual self serving buffet. Not much variety & lots of food that were available to us before are no where to be found. Worst, we have to pay for our drink! Not even ice water was provided!

The buffet dinner had such extensive variety! Each serving was generous. I liked beef rendang, butter prawns, sambal tofu, chicken soup. Reordering is done via the QR code; very convenient. However it would be good if there is “ remarks” column. We wanted a smaller portion but was not able to indicate anywhere on the app . We try not to waste food.

Food was alright but the service was not great. The servers were unfriendly, did not serve us the full buffet and did not initiate desserts or drinks. Only after we wanted to leave (2 hours after) that we realised there were desserts and drinks and upon asking, the servers reluctantly gave us the desserts. There were many times where the server ignored us when we called for them and did not bring our orders after asking a few times. Do note that the restaurant is not busy. The restaurant was dark and gloomy. It would be better if it was well lit. We did not enjoy our time there. Sorry.

Serving buffet due to covid 19 is a let down. Been a fan of kintamani and last night experience was the worst dine in. Food serve is cold, drink was not included and some of the items was put as add on and the whole cost is much more higher compare to normal buffet cost previously. Choice of food also disappointing not value for cost.

It was great to quite a quick lunch there as there were more than 2 dishes i like. just the credit card machine was not working, eventually we had to pay in a different way.

Excellent service with very pleasant and warm staff. Dishes were served very quickly too.

Food was average at best. Expected more since it’s a popular Indonesian restaurant. Service staff were not very friendly as well. Would not be returning.
