Had a business lunch at this place and it was great

As usual the service is top notch and although it was a little busier than usual it was still great

Awesome food and service. Enjoyed the experience. Feel like was transported back to japan. Had the weekend brunch which is basically a 8 course meal where we can select individual dishes for each selections. This allow us to taste more variety than if we had ordered Ala Carte.

Good service great food. Ask for complimentary parking as well. Strongly recommend go for their set menu and top it up with a bottle of sake

Excellent food and service. The weekend brunch set is value for money. The a la carte menu is a bit pricey although the food quality is good.

Keyaki has a modern japanese setting. Set in the garden, it allures old charm of proper japanese dining. The food (teppanyaki) was deliciously cooked in front of you and the unagi is of decent japanese eel instead of cheap counterparts from indonesia/ taiwan.

Nothing to say as this place is always so welcoming

We sat at the Tepanyakki table. The chef Chit Seng, a long time chef at Keyaki still cooks very well and remembered us, even though we have not been there for years. The food was still as great and the service staff were all very polite and attentive. We enjoyed ourselves very much and look forward to bringing our boys back at Keyaki.

Excellent service from the moment we stepped in to the restaurant to when we left. Food is good as well. Downside is the entrance is hard to find from the hotel.

I dine at Keyaki at least twice a year and everytime the service never fails me. The tapanyaki is a must to try. Value for money

The service and food was impeccable. We were very late but the staff were very accommodating. Teriyaki chicken was one of the best we tried. So were all the other food.

The weekend lunch set is totally worth it. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave us a complimentary cake. Really appreciate their hospitality and excellent service.

The service was impeccable from start to end. There was an extensive menu. Food was great. I especially enjoyed the fresh sashimi and the teppenyaki garlic fried rice!

Definitely authentic Japanese food. The taste is good, but it is a little pricey. However the ambience is good and the staff are very professional.

Serving excellent quality food as always. Sitting at the teppanyaki counter can give you a completely different experience than sitting at the main dining hall.

Huge restaurant on level 4 pan pacific hotel with an outdoor koi pond. Do not feels like u r in Singapore. Food is delicious with reasonable priced omakase sets.

Located at the quiet al fresco garden of level 4 Pan Pacific hotel. This restaurant has a superb ambience with a koi pond surrounding it. Food was amazing.

Very professional and polite service personnel including our teppanyaki cook! The food was very tasty and cooked to perfection. It was my wife's sister's birthday and the cook spontaneously organised a piece of cake for her when he found out. Great service!!
