We love coming here as the service is always top notch and food is good as usual

Hadn't been here for a while. Food quality is as good as ever as is the service. Pricing is a little on the high side in my opinion.

We are regular at this restaurant as the atmosphere is great and service is on point too

We felt the food and experience wasn’t great for its price . The outdoor decor was authentic, I will give it to them for that only.

The food was nice but is wasn’t exceptional. Tuna belly nagiri (one of two pieces) was tough. Other items were a little lacking in taste.

From the very moment you stepped in to the garden, it feels like you are right in japan, with the sloping black tile roofs,japanese garden and koi pond. Food and service was excellent which made the experience even better! Will return again! Thanks for the great time and memories!

Terrific food, painfully slow service. The 2 chefs that were there could hardly keep up with orders.

Everything was great except the chefs could be more engaging to create a better atmosphere like some in other parts of the world.

The waygu beef was the worse I have eaten We ordered salmon sashimi and the waitress thot it was seven sashimi which costs $110 The service was poor as we had to wait very long to get the attention of the waitress to serve us

Great food at the Teppanyaki Bar, however the service wasn’t up to standard for a 5 star restaurant. We really enjoyed the food although it came late. It was the second time visiting Keyaki Teppanyaki bar. If you ask me if we would go again, we definitely would.

Service is very good with polite staff. The ingredient is fresh. Price is on the high side though for dinner. Wasabi is a mixture of wasabi and wasabi paste. Good ambience.

Wonderful ambience. Food is great but of course expensive. Good for special occasions. Only disappointment was the use of disposable chopsticks- unexpected for a high end restaurant.
