Jamie's Italian - Vivo City

Food was pleasant but nothing much to shout about. We shared a carbonara and a meatball pizza, both were decent. Overall, the meal was pretty good value with the entertainer app, but would have been a tad pricey without it.

Nice ambience but food portion for main is small. Food is average not a big wow factor for me. For 2 pax including a bottle of sparkling water bill comes up to $100. Not worth the money when I could go somewhere else with appetisers, mains and dessert plus bottle of wine and cost less than $100.

Service & food was great. The only let-down was the host team, who was rather rude, not greeting guests and in general not friendly at all.

Had a great experience at the restaurant. The staff were very accommodating to our requests, and very attentive. They kept popping out to make sure our needs were attended to, despite it being quite busy at the indoor dining area.

The overall ambience is great, restaurant staff are friendly and efficient and food was great. The anniversary promotion dish Venetian duck pasta is special. Will be going back with friends soon.

Good food, but a bit pricey. I had the pumpkin ravioli. They came with sweet crumble on top, which I found a bit too adventurous.

Good location, friendly staff, prompt service and excellent food! A feel-good experience. Also consistent service. One area needing improvement - the service staff is not very attentive - have to wait to get their attention. Otherwise all good!

We received really good service from our server and thoroughly enjoyed our starters and mains. The only criticism will be the price paid for the sides - felt the funky fries were terribly overpriced!

Food was alright, nothing to cry about. Great ambience although it was a little cold. Service staff could have been be more attentive but greeter was engaging and great.

Food meet expectations. Had funky fries & prawn linguine...very nice, pasta was perfect. Would have rated 5 if service staff are more cheerful, smiley and warm.

More of casual dining than romantic dining. Food prices was somewhat on the high side. Food quality was average at best. But pasta was good.

The pasta was delicious- freshly made. Pizza was a great disappointment- totally regret ordering. Serving sizes are too big for some customers- better to get a few and share instead of a main plate each. Fabulous place for meeting up with friends for food and drinks (limited options in Vivo), cosy place & reservation is recommended.

Freshly made pasta, cooked al dente, very flavorful. Quite a large restaurant, so there's quite a bit of seats. Casual atmosphere, staff generally attentive.

Have a great dining experience at Jamie's Italian. Appreciate the customer-oriented attention given by all the staff that have served us. Keep it up! Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for tasty food with excellent ambience~

Good place to hang out with good food and nice cozy environment. Price is a bit on the high side but the service staff is friendly.

Portions have gone smaller. Service was good. They do open till 11pm so it is good for a late dinner. Crunchy calamari was lightly breaded; not too greasy; recommended as an appetizer. Small portion is good for only 2. Risotto with wild mushrooms was decent; serving was smaller than expected.

Wonderful atmospher and wonderful service. Food great as usual.... We did have a slight hiccup but the sheer class of how it was dealt with was amazing.

After making reservation, everything is going to be easy. No waiting time is required. Food is average, no surprise but satisfy, just the dessert should be improved.

The best steak in Singapore Chilli fries and good burger

The food was amazing. We love the honeycomb pasta and super food salad. However, we were a bit disappointed with the service. We told them that we'd like to share the dish, but no one came to bring in the small plates. They seemed to be too busy and it was not easy to catch their attention when you need something.

Great ambience, personable and helpful staff, fresh tasty food. Really recommend people who want to find a good place for a business lunch, or a good quiet space for a catch up!

Valentine's dinner, excellent service, great food & atmosphere. The staff really made the night with their complimentary Valentines Candy Pop Corn. Nice touch. Highly recommend.

New menu, limited choice, only big portions available for pasta. It would be good if returning guests would be informed of the changes. Service was good.

Service was very fast. Staff are very friendly. Food tastes great! Managed to get the sofa seats instead of the long table. Steak was very nicely done medium.

Was there to celebrate my husband's birthday. Food was fresh, tasty and of good proportion They also encourage kids to eat greens and it's the first in Singapore to do this I'm sure. Keep it up! We'll be back.

Pizza was delish, pasta was just okay. Everything in the menu is pricey,. Quite annoying when we were told we can only stay for two hours. Good deal on the happy hour drinks.

Went for dinner with friends. Its a great place for hangout. Love the pizza, lots of varieties. Should try to sit outdoor during sunset, but dont during lunch, it may be a bit hot.

Location was very convenient and the restaurant ambience was nice.

Jamie's Italian seems famous, so before my visit, I set high expectation to it. Maybe my expectation too high, so I feel this restaurant is normal only.
