Food was good but would expect better for this price. Service was ok but could be more attentive to details like refilling water, asking whether we needed anything more, removing dirty plates.

Nothing major to complain about. Just that personally I feel that the actual dish that is been serve to me is slightly different from what is been advertised. Because I have ordered the Christmas menu and the actual dish presentation is so much plain or should I say, dull as what is been shown on their menu page.

Super friendly staff and great food!!! one of the few Italian restaurants that offer many options for vegetarian. We went on NYE and unfortunately the restaurant had a lot of noisy kids. If they weren't there, it would be a peaceful atmosphere. Would love to visit again

Service staff was not very responsive, took us many attempts before we managed to order our food. Food tasted ok only, can easily find better tasting food elsewhere!

Jaime's has changed completely. Nothing was to its reputed standard. Food quality was below average. Service was horrible with high attitude staff. Highly regretted being there to spend over SGD600

Long waiting time, food was bad. Ordered the Italian steak and JO burger. Both were disappointing. Rather spend the money elsewhere.

Great food and value for their lunch set. Place was not really crowded during lunch so conversation with my partner was fine.

Lack of service staff. Water was not refilled, 2 separate orders were not put through. Food taste good but service staff failed with no service recovery. Disappointed meal and left the restaurant hungrier than before.

The pasta and also the soup was fantastic. The service was also spectacular and we can get the food ordered literally in under 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

There’s a weird smell of stale cheese in the restaurant, they should air out the place and do some cleaning. Pasta done al dente without asking customer. It’s quite hard. Taste is ok.

Dinner was mediocre. Our waiter was good but had too many tables. Service was very slow. Many patrons complained of poor service. This location has never been able to live up to the service or quality of Forum location. The menu is very expensive and service at this location is not worthy.
