It’s not worth it for the price during Ramadan Buffet every Wednesday which is About LOBSTER. It should change menu during 1 month of IFTAR BUFFET MENU (esp on wednesday), Should be serving more to authentic muslim foods and drinks. Its more to western buffet instead. I preferred last 2 years or last year,which they had buffet spread until outdoor, which they serve roti jala,chicken curry,rendang,all those drinks like bandung,air katira n more. Too pricey compare during weekend. Fruit salad n fruits counter just few selections!

There was quite a wide range of food options, and they all tasted good. We had the international seafood buffet, and the place was quiet during a weekday evening. Service was also good as the staff was friendly and approachable. After we were done, we were asked to sign up for a free membership on the Shangri-la app to receive $20% discount, so why not!

Went to this place based on the menu shown on their website. Unfortunately, upon arriving I realised that what they were serving was slightly different from what was published on their site. Price wise was good as there was a 1-for-1 promotion. However; there were too many guests and food was not replenished quick enough, resulting in people taking a lot of food at one time for fear that there would be the need to wait for a long time for the next refill

Limited Sushi variety and the plating for the sushi is too cramped. A bigger plate or platter would be better.

My family enjoyed the seafood weekend dinner buffet especially the pan fried lobsters. However the diners had to queue for them. Suggest to have a table number tag to order the lobsters which will save time and improve the customer experience.

We did not even get to go for the dinner at all. The manager called exactly 20 minutes before the dinner buffet timing, to inform me that due to the outbreak, they cant have buffets on sun to thur, but possible on fri and sat? i explained to him we were celebrating a birthday that day. he can tell me to consider celebrating the next day. how do you celebrate a birthday the next day instead of the day itself? he told me he can give me a special rate for dinner buffet on fri instead. i kept explaining there is a reason why we chose that thursday for our dinner. he insisted he made calls to my phone, which i have NO phone records of, neither do i have any history of the phone call coming from hotel jen this isnt the way to do business - to call 20-30 minutes before the dinner to inform of such cancellation. it was just uncalled for and totally unprofessional. having said these, i wont book this place again in future

I came for the buffet as i heard the seafood range is extensive and indeed it did not disappoint. The other cuisine are good as well and will cater to everyone. Recommended to come for lunch where price is cheaper

Had requested for baby chair and birthday card but baby chair was not arranged for us. No birthday card given too. Food selection was considered little for the amount of price. The numbers of staff available for service is also not enough

Family dinner buffet. great service. Restaurant was surprisingly crowded but staff were extremely efficient in clearing plates etc.. Food spread was not super extensive but good enough and the quality was very good as well.

Service was excellent - the staff was prompt, courteous and efficient- and food quality was generally good and tasty. Only issue was the quirky background music that was more an irritation than of any value. Staff stated that the music was from the hotel and not the restaurant. But still.
