Like the environment. However, there seems to be lack of manpower n service wise needs improvement. Like that we could use the hsbc entertainer app to enjoy the discount.

Nice cool place for a gathering. Order Hokkaido Clam Pasta, lobster cream pasta, top with chocolate soffle and French toast. Attentive services. Thumb up

Staffs are attentive and helpful. Foods was nice, lesser crowds compared to some other outlets which is much more preferable to me in my own opinion. Keep up the good work hoshino and team!! Thank u for the services. :)

Waiting time was alright. However I was very frustrated when they wanted to serve me my dessert scouffle first instead of my main course. Told them I’m waiting for my main course first and dessert later but they did the opposite. They even asked me and my family during my order upon when can they serve the dessert, but they still got it wrong.

Ok service. Taste of food was so so. Quality can be better. First plate was burnt but they changed it later after feedback.

The food was not bad. The soufflé pancakes are kind of stiff and not fluffy & light. Can save quite a lot on the bill if you have The Entertainer app that gives you discount.

The service can be improved. It was 2 weeks before Christmas. Had to wait for a while although booked, it is the tone of the service staff that’s the factor, he was not apologetic at all. One dish (the famous pancake) was completely missed out! Also staff didn’t know how to enable Quandoo booking system and I had to write in to Quandoo admin.

the food was outstanding! but we waited more than an hour for our dessert although asked twice and was missed out twice. so it's weird that they saw us sitting there so so long after our mains and didn't ask if we needed any assistance until I asked again..unfortunately, missed out due to unfamiliar staff.

This time, we try the soup - Homard Bisque. The lobster taste is creamy and nice. The favourite hand-drip coffee still is : 'Hikoboshi', thumb up

The soufflé was disappointing....way too sweet and we could waste the bits of sugar on the surface I’m not sure if this is the way it is supposed to be. Chocolate chiffon cake was not bad though, bittersweet

I was asked to scan a code and use my phone to look at a menu. didn't find that conducive or appetizing and prefer to flip an actual menu instead. Food arrived piping hot, even after I waited 5 minutes for my friend's food to arrive to that we can eat together.

Service was friendly. The pancake was delicious, and it’s not too noisy so it’s good for a relaxed afternoon tea.

The meal sets seems good and worth it, although we did not try. The matcha latte wasn’t to my taste, the milk was kinda “smelly”

Nice place to chill for a cup of coffee. Pretty crowded for a friday afternoon but with adequate social distancing in place. Coffee is nice.
