海底捞 Haidilao Hot Pot - Sun Plaza

3rd time at Haidilao, and 2nd time at the Sun Plaza outlet. Love that it's near my home, and we didn't have to wait too long (about 15 mins?) with a reservation. service was great, food was delicious. Expensive though!

Good food as expected from HDL but was noisy at time due to many kids…

Service is not comparable to dhoby outlet. The first time i waited 20mins for my soup to arrive. All my food ordered reach except my soup.

The new soup - mala milk is good. But the service can be improved. As 1 server handled few table and the lady who served us might overwhelmed with other customer request.
