A la carte food quality is decent and in comparison to similar hotels in Singapore, the price point is definitely on the lower side. Unfortunately, the food standard for some of the dishes have fallen since my last visit.

Buffet is very popular but the a la carte menu has some great dishes like the Bak Kut Teh!

The only disappointment I had was that although my name is on their registration list. They keep asking me the registration number from Quandoo. I show them the email but still state that they will seat me only if I have a registration number. I was a little disappointed cos I am there to celebrate my wife birthday.

Fresh seafood served. Food are delicious. It is worth for the price if there is 50% discount from Eatigo, else, the original price for the dinner buffet is slightly pricey as the variety of the food is limited. Did request them to prepare birthday cake for friend with wording added, but they couldn't add in the wordings, the only thing that's made us surprise was there's Birthday song played while the cake served. Overall, is satisfied...

Not too bad a spread - the cooked food was well prepared and seasoned, the cold food was bland. Oysters and sashimi were fresh. Appreciated the free flow of apple and orange juice; it’s home crafted beer tasted odd.

Service was really good. Food was awesome and fresh! They even sang a happy birthday song fir one of the guests which I think is very sweet. Good experience!!

Pleasant environment and friendly staffs who were attentive. This buffet doesn't have a wide spread as compared to other restaurants, however they focus on the quality. More of a local cuisine spread

The outdoor seats are fantastic in the cloudy day. You can enjoy the beautiful river views while eating. The food is ok for we only pay half price by using Chope 1-for-1 lunch buffet voucher.

Service was good. Generally food was fine except for the cereal crab which stings. Particularly impressed with the service staff Ms Almah, attentive and polite. Keep it up!

A little slow on the food service with the excuse bein there is only 4 chefs in the restaurant. Apart from that.pretty good food and ambience.

it was a very good dinner as they changed menu a lot, comparing to my last few visits. that is cool. we enjoyed the dinner very much with a nice bottle of liquor, which matched w the food at tat night.

Four Points Eatery at Four Points Sheraton, formerly River View Hotel. Went there cause of 1-1 promotion, service was ok. Waiters and waitress were not up to standard. Some were over eager, wants to clear our unfinished food or plates that were not even used! Some didn't know their staff well and have to always consult their manager.

Really good buffet. Not too many dishes but that's a good thing especially if one suffers from FOMO and needs to try all dishes and ends up overeating. The seafood and sashimi was fresh, loved the beef lasagna and durian penget. I understand the buffet changes from day to day so looking forward to trying it again soon.

Came here a few times and this time suddenly realized that I still could accumulate SPG points. :-) Nice food, limited but I would like to say, they were ‘eatable’. Not like some restaurants, many choices but you just don’t know what to eat.

quiet and cosy environment, limited but interesting menu. we had a wonderful dinner, part of reason was not full house when we had dinner. service was excellent too.
