The pepper soup is hot and nice. The texture of the meat is just right. Staff is very friendly and attentive to add soup, etc. They only have one type of meat per soup. It is better to go in groups and able to try more option. their competitors offer option to add meats or two types of meats in a soup. For your management to consider this.

The soup and meat tasted good. Good food and friendly staff. We also like that they accept many different modes of payment. We will come again.

The broth is not as good as before but service staff is very pleasantt. There are also more varieties of food compared to before. Cheers.

Soup is tasty as always, but can't help to feel that it was missing it's usual heat level that enhances the good peppery spiciness. Also the meat was slightly dry. But overall enjoyable! One of the staff was very helpful in helping us redeem our Klook voucher.

Went there around 8pm and the premium bak kut teh were all sold out! Meat was tough for popularity version. But the you tiao was nice and cripsy - freshly fried. I think there are better places out there for bak kut teh. But at least this place has quite a lot of promos (from Burpple, Eatigo, etc.).

We ordered two bak kut teh which was served very quickly. The soup and rice were nice. Some of the meat felt a little too dry but it was pretty decent. We'll probably return again.

the founder bakuteh itself is quite yummy to drink. i mean the soup. but it is too salty because we all kept feel thirsty afterwards.

Peppery soup with a nice fiery punch; but too salty! Ribs are fatty and not fall-off-the-bone tender, so looks more like marketing hype at work justifying the price premium!! My wife cooks a better bkt anytime :)

Service was good. Food wise, I guess need to order the right dish. I could have ordered a wrong dish, the meat was really tough. I was advised to go with short or long ribs in future.
