With the self kiosk machine, u can order, pay and dine without getting much assistance from staff. Will be better if more machines can be place

This is a self serve restaurant and they never charge additional GST (aka price is GST inclusive) and zero service charge. The environment is pretty good with decent background music. Food is up to standard as well!

Small cosy corner at Holland Village. Staff were polite when prompted. Food was great.

As usual a fuss free dining experience at FSH. Glad for Grab Dine Out deal available here too! The braised pork rice today is a bit too oily.

Do come here for their Taiwanese style toast and dons. Grilled pork chop rice was delicious

Came here for afternoon tea break. Ordered their charcoal toast with pork floss and teh-C. The toast was delicious with a generous filling of the pork floss and the teh-C was fragrant with enough evaporated milk added. Service was prompt. Will return again

Service dropped. No staff were there to entertain incoming diners. All were busy making food, cleaning, serving.

Staff were all busy when we came. They were relative polite when we ask where should we sit.

Food was good. The place is kinda small. Have to squeeze a bit. Many people, so the service was not as good as previously.

As it was mid-afternoon place was pretty quiet and staff were all in the kitchen. There was another customer at the self-ordering machine. As I waited at the empty cashier counter a staff came out to take my order and told me rather grouchily to use the machine next time. I pointed to the other customer who was still busy at the machine and was still there even after we were done and I had taken my seat. To his credit, he served my order very quickly.

Fast service and free ice water will come again next time!

It was a pleasant visit at this Fong Sheng Hao outlet which wasn’t crowded on a weekday morning. The foods were yummy as usual - hot and tasty when served. Nice light coming in this cosy setup. We also really liked the Grab Dine in discount that could be used!

Really loving this cute little cafe in Holland Village, and have been returning again and again! The popcorn chicken is now officially my favourite dish on the menu, and the pancakes are also very fun to eat. I intend to try every dish here.

The food and drinks were simple fare, value for money but the portions were small for a grown man in our dining party. The self order system was simple and straightforward but may be tricky for people without cards for payment.

This cute little cafe serves Taiwanese snacks and local nanyang style coffee. the self service system is straightforward, little interaction with staff needed. The popcorn chicken was delicious!

Nice setting. But place was shorthanded. This was my second time trying the ice milk tea hoping that it would be better than my first experience. Unfortunately the 奶苶was still weak, drink was diluted and not worth ordering.
