We were in a booth table this time. I think open area seating is better. Service was not as good as previously. Food was fine. I guess I will still come again.

What a great place to have a meal with buddies. The foods were delicious as always and importantly they have a wonderful service crews. They were very helpful, friendly and attentive even though they were short handed. The restaurant is so blessed with such a great team. Management please remember to treat them well. Buffet Lunch Sunday 6 April 2025 We had a 12 noon booking. Our Table for 3 was near the drinks counter. Not the best place,but ok. We ordered within 5 min. And the first dish was served very quickly. We ordered 6 items first. And all came within 10 min. In the end, we ordered about 18 separate items. My feelings. 1. The food was more than acceptable. Nothing was bad. But your experience might be different, as our 2 sweet and sour pork dishes show. Is the head chef cooking it? Or a novice intern. We were mostly very blessed today. However, I did feel rather thirsty an hour or 2 after the meal. Not sure why. 2. Environment was ok. Resto was maybe 60-80% full. Not noisy. Most customers Around us had elderlies at their tables. Aircon became a bit hotter at times. I would prefer it colder. But others might not. 3. Service was very good. I read quite a few negative reviews regarding service, so I came prepared for the worst. A part timer Yin Qin helped us at the start. She was very friendly. Later, our food was served by Quan Chao. He was very efficient and professional. Our plates were changed soooo often by the 2 of them. Maybe 6 times? I lost count. My only small quibble is that our tea was CONSTANTLY being refilled. I guess this is actually good service that I can’t fully appreciate. LOL.

Food is overpriced and nothing to crow about. The staff could be more friendly.

Service standards are deplorable. The manager in charge was rude and condescending. Staff were unable to communicate effectively. Food was mediocre. The saving grace was the Asst manager, who carried herself professionally.

Food is good especially the lobster noodle and Peking duck

We were given a nice table at one side because we had a toddler. The ambience is great. The food is delicious. We had the Peking duck and the beef shanks at half price. We also ordered the cockles, they're signature beancurd, the squid in chincarok sauce and celery, the KL Hokkien noodles and the char kuay teow. There is too much that we have to bring back the leftovers. The service is efficient and friendly. The price is on the high side especially for the desserts we ordered.

Pricey but good and service was not matching to the standards expected

Food was tasty and service was prompt. Loved the Peking Duck promotion. We had 2 vegetarians in our group and the veg dishes came much later and we started eating way before them. The tofu came when we were almost done with our meal and by that time, the 2 vegetarians were full and we ate only 1/2 of it. Will be great if they times the veg to be out at the same time or as soon as possible.
