Great place for family gatherings indeed! Especially for occasions to celebrate

A good spread of tasty local dishes. Enjoyed their fresh oysters and satay very much! Their staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. We had a very nice time - thank you!

The restaurant made all customer line out a Long line before the start time at 12 or 6. And took a good 15-20 mins before one could check in to the restaurant. Very poorly organised for a 5 Star hotel. I think this should be a 3 Star Hotel. Poor use of the Marriott brand name

Billing system was not working. Waited 30 min for the bill and never came. Service staff has to use manual billing. Ended up overpaying after I recounted at home. Bad experience.

Very good spread of food with good ambient.The seafood section is my flavours especially the lobster and oysters.For those who must take rice the cafe have nasi briyani, risotto,Chicken rice and fried rice.

Good service. Good setting. Just the foods is overrated. Soup was cold :( not much choice. But for the price we paid. Nothin to complain. Just that the foods is really not v good

Good food with free flow wine . But I can't believe it was so stuffy for a high end hotel. We were sweating while eating.

Frankly with the price paid, the food variety is not fantastic. Taste of food is considered ok only as the laksa soup base taste bland and fruits are not sweet! Other than the sashimi, most of the food are out of stock and replenishment is slow. The guy to cut the pork knuckle dun seem interested to serve as he pulled a long face and most of the time hiding behind the wall till we call for him. The servers kept coming to our table asking to clear our plates even though food is still on plate. Overall not too pleased with the service n food spread. I booked fr table of 5 but only 4 sets of cutlery were served.

The table is too small, the long legged crabs too salty, the oysters taste not nice n flesh is very little, cooked food too dry n best part is even the ice cream is melted! Redeeming is piano accompliant is not so loud as to be disruptive for conversation n servers are quick to clear.

Great selection of seafood & lotsa variety in the sweet section; whole baked salmon was awesome tasting. Busy night so water service was a tad slow, otherwise, played were cleared regularly and with a smile. Good experience!

Its been almost 5 years since we last ate at Marriott Cafe. The oysters were not as fresh. It makes a big difference when the oysters are not open on the spot. The kitchen helper place the pre opened oysters in water before putting on ice tray. Disappointed with the standard of oysters. Salmon Sashimi was too thick and big. The bah ku teh soup taste horrible. The rest of items are still edible but not fantastic. In general, we will not return anymore if the standard remains as such.

The food choices are quite limited... their cold seafood and dessert section were really good though....no drinks were included in the buffet only ice/hot water...

Food spread ok ... hope to see more promo and choices of food .. but the ice cream need to improve ... low quality

Good food for the price and lots of variety of food. Would definitely come again. Service was a bit so-so but otherwise thoroughly recommend it!

Had weekday durian high tea at a good deal of 50% discount with DBS credit card. Food was fresh and great to include durian pastry with nice ambience.

Dishes variety were not many. No special dish that was unique for the buffet. Ambience and location was good definitely. Can go for movie watching after the lunch.

We had lunch last week Monday at Marriott Cafe, the female wait staff seemed listless. Not sure of anything and passed most requests to her fellow wait staff (who was very happy to help us) when I had a question regarding the oysters being cooked, she referred me to her Senior, who then told me that he would have to check with his Chef and let me know (I love oysters but can’t eat them raw) and he never came back with an answer! One of my friend’s daughter had the buffet and she spent the whole evening and the next day, vomiting and felt sick. Most of the wait staff was rather nonchalant except for one young man

Had the lunch buffet using the amex plat card 1-1. Food was fair, not great. Roast station wasnt manned. Had to wait for a few minutes. Seemed understaffed in general. When i managed to get his attention, guy in jacket behind the counter walked towards me with his nose in the air. Floor wasnt clean. Had food and straws uncleared. Crumbs on seats. Would think twice about going again.

Nice dining experience with quite a lot of seafood spread, the food are tasty and the service is good. I am using one for one promotion benefits, it might be quite expensive if paying with the full amount.

Nice place to chill out and with lots of fresh seafood serve. Staff were friendly ambience was perfect, pricing also resonable. Will visit again soon

Fresh and Nice Food ! Presentation of food is simple wonderful ! Staff are Attentive, clear used plates fast and replenish wine regularly ! No regrets !

Food is good but the place is infested with birds. Birds are allowed to fly freely all over the place, even in their dirty dishes collection room. We had to move our seat to a less bird movement table. This might be the last time we eat at this place. Have written to the authorities to see what they will do about it

The food is good and ambiance is cosy. However, they need to improve the quality of some of the service staff. Will definitely return thanks

Service is good, the taste of the food is average. Price is good with DBS card. Can give it a try if you are a buffet person.

There was a huge variety of food at the high tea. The desserts were delicious - scones, ice cream, sticky date, bread and butter pudding, nonya kueh etc. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Overall is nice .. Hope to see more varieties of food in futures

Marriott Cafe is a nice place for us to dine in, and the atmosphere is great too. The quality of the food is great too.

The spread is not that great, though the taste is ok. Not recommended for the price, even though i had a 50% off from my credit card.

Variety of food gets lesser and lesser by the month, same goes for quality. Do visit only if there is an ongoing promo with deep discount.
