Great as always! Brought my customers to experience Chili Crab in Singapore

As usual, good food and good service. But we prefer to go on a week night. This happened on a Saturday and we had the second seating at 7.30pm.

Whilst food and service was up to standard, I have my doubts about whether my request for a lighter and smaller Alaskan crab, was taken into account.

Food is nice. Just that we were given an outdoor table although most of the indoor tables (which we preferred and asked for) weren’t even occupied when we left.

Excellent interaction with the staff doing the reservation confirmation, pre-order items, when ordering dishes. Service was responsive ... refill of tea+water, plate replacement, clearing of consumed item cutlery. I am happy with today's lunch for 14 pax.

The lobster beehoon was really fantastic. I read the review from the internet about the roasted pig but it was not really to my expectation.

Brilliant service, they helped to celebrate my mum's birthday. Very friendly staff who offered to take pictures and even cleared the table to make it look better. Prices were very reasonable, altogether made us feel very welcome. Really enjoyed the atmosphere (especially the music).

Staff are friendly. As it is a Booking seat they are prompt in arranging table. Shell fish not recommended on ex side alasaka crab presentations could be better as such dish are rarely ordered.

All I can say is they got some real fresh seafood and it’s safe to say I am planning my next visit soon !

Disappointing service provided by a chinese uncle. When we say let us take a look at the menu first, this uncle still continue to stand beside us waiting for us to look at the menu. We are so uncomfortable so we said to the uncle again let us look at the menu again once ready we will let him know. after that the uncle never bother to entertain us when he saw us raising our hand ready for order

Excellent service by their waiters. I ordered 4 cold crabs for my table of 11. Upon arrival, the manager advised me that the crabs on that day were big and that it could be too much as I had also order other dishes in advance. Besides reducing the qty, she also advised me to change the size of some dishes as 3 of my guests could not make it. That’s was great service for them to advise me. The food was just great. This is my second visit. The noise level was much less as we sat outside.

you wont go wrong with the signature sauce crab. also we like the crab bee hoon as well.

Pre-ordered food which came very fast. Eggplant in salted egg, pork buns & desserts are must-haves but steamed fish fillets were chewy & sautéed noodles disappointing. Menu extensive & live seafood super expensive. Place very crowded

Selected Chin Huat restaurant to celebrate my wedding anniversary after craving for crab feast and reading good reviews online. I would give 4 stars for the food and 5 stars for the service! My husband and I felt very comfortable with this staff named Joe Tan (we knew his name because it was on the receipt and we double cfm with him!). He was non-pushy and gave us sound advice on the portion he thought was enough for 2 people. He told us that the estimated weight of the crab is 1.4kg and we agreed to order it. Afterwards, he brought out the live crab to show us and told us it's actually 1.5kg as this is the smallest his colleague could fished out. It was a mere 0.1kg difference but yet he bothered to check with us to see if we are okay with it. Afterwards, although he was busy, he gladly obliged when we asked him to snap a shot of us, bring us more condiments etc. The food was okay but the main reason I would consider returning is because of Joe's service! :) p.s. Their signature golden sauce crab can get quite jelak for 2 people as the crab is deep fried and the sauce is super rich. It's an awesome dish nevertheless, sharing with more people would make it more enjoyable.

Friendly and attentive staff, quiet and clean environment, tasty and affordable lunch sets.

The food gets better and more yummy every time we visit. We ordered the cold spinach which is so surprisingly refreshing. Great and friendly service. Will be back.
