Service staff was attentive, regularly refilling our soup when it was low. The lunch set is filling and more than enough for 2, it can possibly even feed 3 people!

did not dined there as the restaurant did not hounor the reservations made online and expected us to queue for table in the common line.

Food is good, location easy to spot. Nice experience overall.

Tried the collagen steamboat set and food was fresh and great! The soup was fabulous and service was fantastic too. Recommended to go and try!

Service was slow, and missing a lot of items and we have to keep reminding them. overall food was alright, but limitation of buffet choices.

Quite expensive given the food servings. The staffs are very unhelpful considering that there's a 10% service charge. I don't think we would consider going back.

Overall it was a very nice and good atmosphere and foods was decent too. However the credit card system was down and need to pay cash at the counter which was very inconvenience.

Low meat Quality was provided, frozen, doesn't seem to be fresh and there's not much ventilation, thus the smell of the BBQ is very strong, once you came out from the restaurant, the smell of the BBQ will follow you everywhere.

Staff is friendly. The service is good. Food and all is well served.👍definitely a great day there. Continue to be this way in serving other customers!

Rate $20 per pax..end up pay $62.(2 pax) Certain things not required.still gave us.n howcome beef not included.very disappointed..will never visit charcoal thai in future.

Food was fresh but limited variety. Service needs to be improved. We waited a long time for our orders and had to remind the staff a couple of times.

the food consider big portion. many dining tables available & waiting time is short. the staff are attentive. service is fast & friendly. will recommend friends to dine.

Great food and great place and good service. Worth the money with fave coupon. Will go there again to try the steamboat. Thumb up for them
