Overall good service and delicious soup base ever I tried

Food and restaurant was good but location is a bit quiet, the entire mall is a bit too...”empty” save for the tuition centres

This is the 3rd time my family and I have gone to the restaurant. It atmosphere is cozy and sweet due to the pink colours all around. The service used to be way better. Am surprised that the staffprovide better service than some of the managers even. The food is good and quality is definitely worth the price you pay for.. Though it can be very costly. Most of the time for our family of 3 adults and 2 toddlers, we pay between $110-170 after using our membership vouchers and discounts so this is definitely for special occasions. One of the main reasons we always go back is because of the wonderful huge playground for the kids. It's the best bribe to get them to sit down and eat abit before adjoining to the playground that is just next to the restaurant. Parents can monitor their kids easily. Only thing is it's outdoors so it can be very hot or if it rains then you will have a crying child on your hands. It's suitable for 4 to 12yrs old. Still a great family restaurant with tasty good quality and ambience. Would be great for dates too.

Their signature soup base has changed some of the key ingredients (for example, shark cartilage) but it's still tasty. The coconut soup base is also very refreshing.

Service is slow and inefficient. Not much assistance was available, so we managed it ourselves to change dishes and bowls whenever we want to. The air conditioning was too cold as well.

Food was good but we have to leave within 90 minutes on a Wednesday dinner. We started at 6pm and didn't know about this policy

Excellent service as always! Food quality n variety also tops and consistent! Just maybe aircon a tad cold ..but we warmed up very quickly once we got the hotpot going! Condiments to make up our own dipping sauces is very fresh n good too!

4 out of 5 friends had stomach cramps and diarrhoea after eating. Also quoted a maximum time of 90 mins for the booking. Who eats hotpot in 90 minutes?!?!

Nice environment except that the aircon is too cold. Service is good as they offered shawl when we said that the aircon is too cold.

Staff is very attentive. Overheard that dinner was to celebrate birthday for my mum and had arranged a surprise cake and sang song for my mum.

Short-handed during CNY, which is understandable, but great service nonetheless. Very accommodating towards my reservation changes. Soup base is great as always. . . .

Love everything here, especially the service and the foods. Been here 1 year ago, they just renovated the place, good for family gathering, they also have playground for kids.

Polite, attentive service However would be good if they have informed us beforehand that the sauces were chargeable. Yusheng platter was good. Soup bases were a tad salty

Very friendly and attentive staffs. I requested for a table away from the aircon and they kindly obliged. Meanwhile, personally would prefer the staff not to bow every time they serve us - am ok if they just smile.

The dining environment is very pleasant with spacious seating and pinkish decor that makes a good backdrop for photos. Ingredients are fresh and soup base is flavorful. Most important, all the staff are friendly and professional despite the restaurant being busy.

Service was quite good. Price is really on the high side for a small portion of meat. I personally don't think it's worth the price as the taste was so-so. Nice soup broths though.
