Very good attentive service When my lunch mate coughed, a waitress who was nearby served 2 glasses of water, one warm and one cold on her own initiative!

Excellent and prompt service from the staffs. Will be back there very soon and will introduce beauty in a pot to my friends and relatives.

Service wise varies from the staffs. Some aunty level staff are not nice but another few are marvelous :) Its the best steamboat ever, better than HDL !

Good food and place for celebrations. Service was good. Though they speak chinese rather fast.

Not much choices of soup base and no fruits but staffs were polite and good service. Thank you for this wonderful experience, will try out the other outlet. 😊

They are always magnificent. Top notch service. Great food. One thing that makes me not comfortable is,,the way the staff need to bow.. Im aware of the great service,but its just too much in my opinion

Very good service crew. Polite and proactive staffs. there’s many variety of food to choose. Always on a lookout to see if there’s a need to refill drinks or soup. 👍
