Fresh food, delicious soup especially love the mushroom soup, good service. Always enjoy Beauty Pot, relaxing environment. However, booking is always needed to avoid disappointment.

Service levels have dropped greatly as compared to my previous visits. Even though it was a reservation made in advance, the restaurant staff had to rush us off after 1.5 hours of dining claiming it was peak hour but the tables around were empty. It was disappointing.

First visit to Beauty hot pot. We ordered 4 types of soup based. Collagen, MaLa, Chicken Herbal and also tomato. Love all these soups, taste delicious and the foods are all very fresh. Shall visit them again in future.

Everything is good except the meat platter - beef part of it. The konyaku and the mala soup is very notable - even my daughter can eat enjoy the mala soup base even though she cannot handle spicyness that much. Service is good and intuitive. No hassle and reasonable. Super polite. Negligible waiting time since I use Quandoo to book one day in advance. Will definitely come back.
