Restaurant was beautifully decorated but seating area was really warm and the servers weren't able to help rectify the problem (not their fault). Food was plated beautifully but food quality wasn't great. Seafood pesto pasta was too cheesy, one beef cheek was served cold, vanilla latte was too sweet. Overall, not impressed.

Ordered the beef burger as per waitress recommendation but the bun was so hard like stone. End up eating the beef patty like a piece of steak. Disappointing.

Great coffee and brunch food - ordered their famous eggs benedict! Service crew is very helpful too. Shifted us to an area that's more cooling.

It was a Saturday night and surprisingly quiet. Must have been the rain. I like A.R.C and think they serve pretty good food most of the time. The beef cheeks, Ruru Mian, and laksa pasta are hits. Ray's Ben was a miss for me. The salmon was slightly overcooked, though I do appreciate the really crispy and well-rendered skin. Worth a visit!

Nice ambience and decent coffee. Had the beef burger which wAs mehhh. The laksa pasta was not too bad albiet pricey. May juz return for the cup of joe. Cake was horrid. Not worth $8.

Visited on a weekend, can e quite packed. Good food..Nothing much to shout about on the food for me. Nice environment, good quality coffee. Good vibes and nice staff. Would visit again!

The ambience of this café is very good, with its retro style furnishing and quiet environment. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Recommended for casual brunch.

I liked the coffee, the service and the ambiance of the place. Things that could be improved are: +) the eggs benedict could have more sauce (there was hardly any) and cooked better (without water in the egg white) +) generally the food could be better seasoned

the lower level dining area is rather warm. and when the food is being prepared the food smell from the kitchen travel to the seating area at the lower level. Other than that, the food is good.

Great food and drinks. Will visit again. Nice and cosy on the first level or if you prefer live band can go up second floor for that.

The food is great. Had the stewed beef cheeks and laksa pasta. The ambience is great too and surprisingly quiet on a Friday evening. My friends and I had an enjoyable time there.

The cafe has a nice ambience on level 2 with live music being played at the outdoor area when we were there on Thursday night. Overall, food was average (skip the salad).

Perfect brunch and coffee!! We love food and beverage here. Food and beverage looks pricy but Actually serve in big portion. Most important it is not required service charge and tax.

Food was good, atmosphere was good for catching up with friends. The band that played that night was good too. My friends and I have enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The coffee absolutely fabulous. The classic waffles of earl grey flavour were fragrant, and very well complemented with the espresso ice cream.

There are limited seats in the cafe but it seems there is a second level. The food was palatable. Had beef cheeks which was a tad salty and smorgasbord which was good. Loved the coffee there.

The place is quaint and has really good coffee! Would highly recommend it as service is good and it's a good place to chill out for some peace!

ARC has friendly staff, great atmosphere with live band at night. great place to chill. Had their signature waffles but laska pasta was slightly too creamy

it was not too bad. shame we could not use our entertainer app as it was a public holiday. overall food was okay and coffee was good.

Food was quick and was very well presented. The staff was polite and quick to clear the tables when we were done. Downside is the coffee seemed a bit weak, but the mocha was nice.

Service: We find that the preparation of the food took a little bit longer than expected. Quality: The food tasted good but I find the ray's ben's pulled pork was salty. I suggest that the pomegranate in the eggs on the beach could be replaced with dried cranberries.

It's a cozy cafe, we had a side table as requested:) variety of food is satisfactory. however, coffee could be improved as it's quite diluted today.

Nice brunch , price is acceptable. It's not very far from bugis, easy to find it. Can add more tables inside. Really love the environment and will introduce to friends.
